برسيمة هي شركة إجتماعية تعمل على دعم صغار المزارعين المصريين الأقل حظًا ًمن خلال نموذج عمل مبتكر، يضمن لهم دخلًا مستداماً عن طريق شراكتنا. What Do We Do? Barsima is a decentralized sheep farming business model
that seeks helping small-scale Egyptian farmers through partnering them with our social enterprise. Our unique business model allows us to pay for the livestock, which is the needed capital. This is extremely important since livestock always takes up the biggest portion of the expenditure and is one of the main obstacles small-scale farmers face while trying to grow their businesses. In return, farmers provide the feeding material and the workforce. At the end of each cycle, two-thirds of the profit is allocated to the farmers as a fair profit share and only one-third goes to Barsima to ensure the company’s and its employee’s sustainability.

برسيمة تعمل من خلال نموذج عمل لامركزي لتربية الأغنام يسعى لمساعدة المزارعين المصريين الذين يعملون في نطاقٍ ضيق، عن طريق إشراكهم في شركتنا الاجتماعية. نموذج عملنا الفريد يمكّننا من تسديد ثمن الماشية، التي هي رأس المال اللازم. وهو الأمر شديد الأهمية، حيث أن لشراء الماشية النصيب الأكبر من حجم إنفاق المزارع، وهي بذلك تمثل إحدى العقبات الرئيسية أمام أصحاب الحيازات الصغيرة وهم يهدفون إلى تنمية اعمالهم. في المقابل، يوفر المزارعون الأعلاف الحيوانية والقوى العاملة. وفي نهاية كل دورة، يذهب ثلثي الربح للمزارعين كحصة أرباح عادلة، ويخصص ثلث الربح فقط لشركة برسيمة لضمان استدامة الشركة وموظفيها. What Are Our Services?
1.Osool: Purchasing the livestock.
2.Da’am: SMS service that provides farmers with ongoing agricultural guidance and access to high-end technical information needed to run an efficient, effective, and successful project. Da’am also offers farmers seminars and trainings to further help them grow their businesses.
3.Tabibi: A monthly free-of-charge veterinary service. Tabibi also offers farmers emergency house calls or inquiries through its hotline.
4.Solala: A breeding service where farmers are given access to high-quality semen for their ewes (i.e. female sheep) to ensure a quality breed and therefore an increase in profit. Solala uses a specific breeds that are known for their exquisite meat and exceptionally high turnover in both meat and milk when compared to other breeds of sheep.

1. أصول: خدمة شراء الماشية.
2. دعم: خدمة رسائل نصية قصيرة تعمل على تزويد المزارعين بإرشادات زراعية مستمرة، وتسهل لهم الحصول على المعلومات التقنية الفائقة اللازمة لإدارة مشروع فعال وناجح وذي كفاءة. دعم تقدم كذلك حلقات تعليمية ودورات تدريبية لتمكينهم من تنمية عملهم الزراعي.
3. طبيبي: توفر خدمات بيطرية شهرية للمزارعين دون مقابل. طبيبي تقدم كذلك خدمة الزيارات المنزلية الطارئة والاستفسارات البيطرية عبر الخط الساخن.
4. سلالة: خدمة تربية أغنام توفر للمزارعين سائلًا منويًا ذا جودة عالية لنعاجهم، يضمن جودة السلالة ومن ثَم زيادة الأرباح. نستخدم سلالات محددة معروفة بلحومها الرائعة وبمعدل انتاجها الفائق للحوم والحليب إذا ما قورنت بسلالات الأغنام الأخرى.
