In disasters, the damage isn’t only what we see…
Sometimes, the most dangerous impact is how we see people.
A label.
A look.
A silent judgment.
It can isolate survivors, delay care, and deepen suffering.

المشكلة مش في الفعل بس… لكن في الثقافة اللي بتسمح له يكبر.
من التبرير والصمت لغياب المحاسبة… نفس الدائرة بتتكرر كل يوم.
مفيش أي مبرر للتحرش، والمسؤولية دايمًا و ابدًا على الجاني.
التغيير يبدأ لما نوقف التبرير ونكسر الصمت.

The issue is not just the act but the culture that allows it to grow.
From normalization and silence to lack of accountability, the same cycle repeats.
Harassment is never justified, and responsibility always lies with the perpetrator.
Change starts when we stop excusing and start speaking up.

قصص النجاح في المناصرة (Success Advocates) ليست مجرد حكايات تُروى، بل هي دليل حي على أن الصوت الواحد قادر على إحداث تغيير يمتد عبر أجيال.
من Mahatma Gandhi الذي قاد حركات سلمية غيّرت مصير أمة،
إلى Martin Luther King Jr. الذي حوّل الحلم إلى حركة ناضلت من أجل العدالة،
ومن Malala Yousafzai التي واجهت الخوف من أجل حق التعليم،
إلى Nelson Mandela الذي جسّد معنى الصمود والتسامح…
كلهم كانوا “Advocates” بدأوا بفكرة… وصوت… وإيمان حقيقي بالتغيير.
المناصرة ليست مرتبطة بمكان أو زمان، بل هي قرار تبدأه أنت اليوم.
كطلاب طب، يمكننا أن نكون الامتداد لهذه النماذج، ندافع عن مرضانا، ونُحدث فرقًا حقيقيًا في مجتمعاتنا.
ابدأ بصوتك… فقد يكون هو بداية قصة النجاح القادمة ✨

Success advocates are not just stories to be told—they are living proof that a single voice can create change that echoes across generations.
From Mahatma Gandhi, who led peaceful movements that reshaped the destiny of a nation,

المناصرة (Advocacy) في الرعاية الصحية لا تعني فقط التعبير عن الرأي، بل تعني اتخاذ خطوات فعّالة لإحداث تغيير حقيقي يخدم المرضى والمجتمع.
هي صوت يُنقل من أرض الواقع إلى صُنّاع القرار، بهدف تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، وسد الفجوات، وضمان وصول الرعاية لكل من يحتاجها.
في التعليم الطبي، تُعد المناصرة مهارة أساسية، حيث يتعلم الطلاب كيف يدافعون عن حقوق المرضى، ويُشاركون في تطوير السياسات الصحية، ويكون لهم دور فعّال في بناء نظام صحي أكثر عدلًا واستجابة.
كطلاب طب، لدينا القدرة على أن نكون مؤثرين، ليس فقط داخل القاعات الدراسية، بل في المجتمع بأكمله. أفكارنا، ومبادراتنا، وصوتنا يمكن أن تصنع فرقًا حقيقيًا.

نظام التعليم الطبي المسؤول اجتماعيًا لا يهدف فقط إلى تخريج أطباء، بل إلى تخريج أطباء قادرين على تلبية احتياجات مجتمعهم الصحية الحقيقية.

الكليات المسؤولة اجتماعيًا تصمم مناهجها بناءً على أولويات المجتمع الصحية، وتُخرج أطباء لديهم كفاءة علمية واجتماعية وثقافية، وتشجع الطلاب على اختيار مسارات مهنية تخدم احتياجات المجتمع.

كطلاب طب، نحن لسنا مجرد طلاب داخل النظام، بل نحن جزء من التغيير. أصواتنا، وملاحظاتنا، ومشاركتنا يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير نظام تعليم طبي أكثر مسؤولية تجاه المجتمع.

Socially accountable medical education is not only about graduating doctors, but about preparing physicians who can truly meet the real health needs of their communities.
Socially accountable medical schools design their curricula based on community health priorities. They graduate doctors who are scientifically competent, socially aware, and culturally sensitive, while also encouraging students to pursue career paths that address community needs.
As medical students, we are not just part of the system—we are part of the change. Our voices, feedback, and active participation can help shape a more socially accountable medical education system.

المساءلة الاجتماعية في الطب مش مجرد مفهوم، بل هي التزام حقيقي من كليات الطب والقطاع الصحي إنهم يوجّهوا التعليم والبحث والخدمات الصحية حسب احتياجات المجتمع الفعلية، مش بس حسب النظام أو التخصصات التقليدية.

كمستقبل أطباء، دورنا ما بيوقف عند تشخيص وعلاج المرضى فقط، بل كمان نفهم مجتمعنا، نعرف مشاكله الصحية، ونشتغل مع المجتمع عشان نلاقي حلول حقيقية وفعّالة.

المساءلة الاجتماعية تعني:
أن ندرس ما يحتاجه المجتمع،
نبحث فيما يفيده،
ونخدم حيث يكون التأثير الأكبر

الكلى من الأعضاء اللي ممكن نكون مش بنديها الاهتمام الكافي،
رغم إنها بتشتغل طول الوقت علشان تحافظ على توازن الجسم.

الكلى مش بس مسؤولة عن تكوين البول،
لكن كمان ليها دور مهم في تنقية الدم من الفضلات، وتنظيم ضغط الدم، والحفاظ على توازن السوائل والأملاح في الجسم.

في البوست ده حاولنا نشارك بعض المعلومات الأساسية عن الكلى ووظائفها،
لأن فهمنا للأعضاء اللي في جسمنا هو أول خطوة للحفاظ على صحتها

During three creative days 9, 10 & 11 February ,our Pub Club Camp (Wave VII) was all about exploring the art of Photoshop design. From the basics to practical tricks, participants stepped into the world of visual creativity and learned how to transform simple ideas into powerful designs. 💻✨

With the insightful training of

the camp became a space for learning, experimenting, and discovering new skills.
