Within the period of 2009 to 2011 the Team was suffering from several problems, most of them was too much lack of experience, which was considered the main reason of the rest of the problems, such as lack of pro
ject ideas, project plans were not good enough, the lack of commitment from the team members ,sometimes seeking for help from people that we shouldn't seek help from them, lack of money, etc ... As a result of that our team was weak, nobody was hearing about us in the National Competitions, except in 2010 we took the 2nd place of our league and just 2 awards, and then back to ding-dong, till the end of the academic year of 2011. Then everything has changed. Just 5 students remained we were newly joining the team don't have enough experience, we promised each other to raise the team up to a good position between the other teams. In the beginning of the academic year we worked on enhance our knowledge about Enactus and its concepts and rules just to be sure about everything we do in every step we take, we studied all the mistakes we made before to avoid falling in them again. But later on we faced a problem was about to impede all what we have planed to do, that we don't have any money and even we don't have any kind of "fund raising" to bring money to the team, we were about to lose hope in our plan, we seek for any kind of support to our projects, but we couldn't find. But for our dream that we spent a long time to make it true, we decided to collect money for each project from ourselves and not to consider it as a problem so far, why not? Enactus itself works on the voluntary and the entrepreneurial approach. So, we continued in such track to prove to Enactus EGYPT that from nothing you can do many good things … And then came the time of the National Competition 2012 we took the 1st Place of our league and 5 awards (4 champions and 1 3rd place), and the best thing is that we are Eanctus CHI one of the best five teams in Egypt 2012 "The French university in Egypt, Cairo University, Menofiya University, Cairo Higher Institutes and Mansoura University"
