Today, we proudly celebrate 15 years of Bedayaa — 15 years of unwavering commitment to LGBTQIA+ rights, dignity, and justice in Egypt.
What began as a dream in 2010 has become a lifeline, a safe space, a voice, and a movement.
Through legal aid, mental health support, community empowerment, and international advocacy, we’ve stood beside the most marginalized — even when it wasn’t safe or easy.
We’ve witnessed resilience. We’ve built solidarity. We’ve made history — not because it was allowed, but because it was necessary.
To every brave person who trusted us, every ally who stood with us, and every team member, volunteer, and partner who made this journey possible — THANK YOU.
