📢 We’re Hiring – Communication Specialist
Location: El Maadi, Cairo
Reports to: Development & Communications Director
About the Role:
Educate Me Foundation is looking for a motivated Communication Specialist to support our fundraising efforts and help grow our donor base. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication with donors and leads from social media platforms.
Research donors, corporates, and foundations to identify funding opportunities.
Prepare communication materials for fundraising (proposals, presentations, videos, etc.).
Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising events.
Maintain donor records and regular communication.
Build and nurture donor and partner relationships.
Recruit and coordinate volunteers for fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
2–3 years of relevant experience (NGO, fundraising, or partner management preferred).
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Passionate about social impact and teamwork.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position. May require extra hours or occasional attendance at events/workshops outside the office.
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
