In light of the escalation of the ethnic cleansing perpetrated by the Zionist state of Israel in Gaza, resulting in the displacement of more than two million people and the merciless slaughter of over 40,000, we need to rise up more than ever before. Today, on the solemn occasion of the 220th day of this genocidal horror, coinciding with Nakba Memorial Week, we must rally on our campus and resolutely denounce any semblance of complicity exhibited by AUC in this heinous atrocity.
As the Israeli Offense Forces tear down the Palestinian flag from the Rafah border to replace it with their illegitimate ethnostate's and in a clear breach of the Camp David Accords, we can no longer afford sporadic acts of dissent.
Therefore, we call on every AUC student, alumnus, faculty and staff member to join us tomorrow at the Plaza during assembly hour; to rally on the side of justice and demand that the administration not only acknowledge our demands - clearly and concisely published on April 23rd, an escalation following the failure of negotations to boycott AXA and HP - but also agree on a timeline whereby they will be implemented.
Certainly, we will not stop agitating until our tuition ceases to be blood money.
