We all have something we think should change for the better, in ourselves, our behavior, our community. We are a group of experts in fields of Environment, Social, Management, Media, Business and more from different parts of Egypt MENA region, and the world. Striving to use and share our experience with ourselves and the world to make positive change real, and as real as sustainability requires in
the times of socio-economic hardship. Regardless of the diverse backgrounds we come from, we share one common thing uniting us: the enthusiasm to reach our Sustainable Development Goals, we share the same code of ethics, and responsible to make human rights and Gender Equality true and obvious in our communities and workplace. The change we aim for comes from the inside, from our belief that changing improper attitude in our communities starts from the mind. Thus, our presence here, following our activities online and at events, should be a benefit for all those who hold up a screen to their eyes and use their precious time and learn/communicate little and great things that shall make a difference. For those little differences that build up in time are what evolves our “Green” culture. As people who contribute to WADJ as change-makers, we address the harmful cultural attitudes by knowledge to build a future of well-being and sustainable lifestyle. And here we all realize that awareness is our target to achieve actual community development. Our Motto is ONE DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) and seek collaborations with more like-minded partners and volunteers in other countries beyond our region. لدينا جميعًا أشياء قد نعتقد أنه يجب علينا تغييرها إلى الأفضل، ربما في أنفسنا أو سلوكنا أو ربما محيطنا أو مجتمعنا. نحن مجموعة من الخبراء في مجالات البيئة، والعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، والإدارة، والإعلام، والأعمال التجارية ومن مناطق مختلفة في مصر والشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا والعالم. نسعى جاهدين في تعاوننا سويا لاستخدام خبراتنا ومشاركتها لإحداث تغيير إيجابي حقيقي، بقدر ما تتطلبه الاستدامة في أوقات الشدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي يمر بها العالم حاليا.
على اختلاف الخلفيات المتنوعة التي نأتي منها، إلا أنه يجمعنا شيئًا جوهريا مشتركًا يوحدنا: وهو الحماس للوصول إلى أهداف التنمية المستدامة لدينا ونتشارك نفس المبادئ الانسانية والاخلاقية، ونعد أنفسنا مسؤولون عن جعل حقوق الإنسان والمساواة بين الجنسين حقيقية وواضحة في مجتمعاتنا وأيضا في أماكن العمل لأنه موضوع شائك ومهم جدا.
يأتي التغيير الذي نهدف إليه من داخلنا، من إيماننا بأن تغيير السلوك غير اللائق في مجتمعاتنا يبدأ من العقل. وبالتالي، تواجدنا هنا، وإطلاق منصتنا عبر الإنترنت ومن خلال حضورنا في الأحداث المجتمعية المختلفة، يجب أن يكون مفيدًا لجميع أولئك الذين يرفعون الشاشة أمام أعينهم ويستخدمون وقتهم الثمين ويتعلمون / ينقلون أشياء صغيرة ورائعة من شأنها أن تحدث فرقًا. بالنسبة لتلك الاختلافات الصغيرة التي تتراكم بمرور الوقت هي التي تطور ثقافتنا "الخضراء". لنكن مساهمين في محاولة بنائه.
بصفتنا أشخاصًا يساهمون في WADJ كصناع تغيير، فإننا نحاول معالجة السلوكيات الضارة والسيئة حولنا من خلال نشر المعرفة لبناء مستقبل من الرفاهية ونمط حياة مستدام. ولأننا ندرك جميعًا أن الوعي هو هدفنا لتحقيق التنمية المجتمعية الفعلية.
شعارنا هو ONE DEI (التنوع والمساواة والشمولية) ونسعى للتعاون من خلال شراكات ومتطوعين متحمسين لأهداف التنمية المستدامة، متشابهين في تفكيرنا ومن بلدان مختلفة حول العالم.
