Update!
OLIVER!
Oliver has had his shoulder operation done🙏🙏
The vet fitted a metal plate in his shoulder and so far everything is going very well.
2 weeks after surgery Oliver was able to put and rest his arm properly on the floor and you will see in the video a shot were he is rolling on his back enjoying him self 🙏
But Oliver didn’t like wearing a medical collar for long, I cannot blame him especially when it’s 40C so while he was left on his own he managed to break the collar and get it off his neck. He then got to his wound but thankfully only removed the stitches at the low part of his shoulder.
I got an emergency appointment with the vets and took Oliver to have his stitches redone the same day.
We then got him another type of collar which he will find very difficult to remove and Oliver left the clinic walking on his 4 paws, It was so lovely to watch 🙏🙏
The vet said that Oliver’s full recovery might take up to 2 months but he is doing very well.
