بيان عاجل صادر عن روابط أبناء دارفور في جمهورية مصر العربية
حول المجازر المروعة في مدينة الفاشر – ولاية شمال دارفور

نحن، روابط أبناء دارفور في جمهورية مصر العربية، ممثلين في روابط الزغاوة، الداجو، المساليت، التنجر والفور، نعلن للرأي العام المحلي والدولي إدانتنا البالغة واستنكارنا الشديد للجرائم الوحشية والانتهاكات الواسعة التي ارتكبتها مليشيا الدعم السريع ضد المدنيين الأبرياء في مدينة الفاشر، حاضرة ولاية شمال دارفور، خلال عامين من الحصار الدموي الذي بلغ ذروته بمجزرة بشعة يوم 27 أكتوبر 2025.
إن ما جرى في الفاشر ليس مجرد صراع مسلح عابر، بل إبادة جماعية ممنهجة واستهداف عرقي منظم يهدف إلى اقتلاع مكونات بعينها من النسيج الاجتماعي الدارفوري، في تكرار مأساوي لجرائم عام 2003 التي ما زالت جراحها تنزف حتى اليوم.
لقد تعرضت التجمعات المدنية ومناطق النزوح والمرافق الحيوية في الفاشر إلى قصف متعمد وقتل ميداني وحرق ونهب واسع، في مشهد يعكس بوضوح سياسة التطهير العرقي التي تمارسها هذه المليشيا وتشهد تقارير ميدانية وشهادات ناجين على وقوع مجازر جماعية، تضمنت إعدامات ميدانية وقتلاً على الهوية وحرق الأحياء السكنية ونهب المستشفيات والمراكز الإنسانية، إضافة إلى منع المدنيين من الفرار خارج المدينة، في انتهاك صارخ لكل القوانين والأعراف الدولية.
نؤكد في روابط أبناء دارفور أن مليشيا الدعم السريع ومن يقف وراءها سياسيًا ولوجستيًا يتحملون المسؤولية القانونية والتاريخية والأخلاقية الكاملة عن هذه الفظائع التي ترقى إلى جرائم حرب وإبادة جماعية مكتملة الأركان بموجب أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني واتفاقية منع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية لعام 1948.
وإننا نعتبر أن هذه الجرائم لا تسقط بالتقادم، وستظل محل ملاحقة ومساءلة أمام العدالة الدولية مهما طال الزمن.
إن ما يحدث اليوم في الفاشر هو نتيجة مباشرة لثقافة الإفلات من العقاب التي سمحت بتكرار نفس الجرائم منذ عام 2003 دون محاسبة، مما يجعل من التدخل الدولي العاجل ضرورة إنسانية وأخلاقية ملحّة.
وبناءً على ما تقدم، نطالب المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الأممية والإقليمية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان بما يلي:
1. التحرك الفوري والعاجل لوقف الإبادة الجماعية في الفاشر وحماية المدنيين وتوفير ممرات آمنة للنازحين والجرحى.
2. تشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية مستقلة وشفافة بإشراف الأمم المتحدة لتوثيق الجرائم ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنها أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
3. تصنيف مليشيا الدعم السريع كمنظمة إرهابية دوليًا استنادًا إلى سجلها الدموي في ارتكاب جرائم الإبادة والتطهير العرقي في دارفور وكافة أقاليم السودان.
4. رفع الملف رسميًا إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لملاحقة ومحاكمة قادة الدعم السريع وكل من تواطأ أو وفر لهم الغطاء السياسي أو الدعم اللوجستي.
5. توجيه نداء عاجل إلى دوائر الاختصاص وصنّاع القرار الدولي، وعلى رأسهم:
○ مجلس الأمن الدولي
○ الاتحاد الأوروبي
○ الاتحاد الإفريقي
○ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
○ المملكة المتحدة
○ كندا
○ وسائر الدول والمنظمات المعنية بالعدالة الدولية وحقوق الإنسان،
لاتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة لوقف هذه الجرائم، وفرض عقوبات صارمة على الجناة وداعميهم.
6. تقديم دعم نفسي واجتماعي عاجل لمجتمعات اللاجئين الدارفوريين في مصر، الذين يعيشون مأساة مضاعفة بفقدان ذويهم تحت القصف والمجازر.
7. إعادة تقييم ملفات الحماية الدولية لأبناء دارفور المقيمين في مصر ,والدول الاخري والاعترافهم بأنهم فئة مهددة بالإبادة، بما يستوجب توفير حماية خاصة ومنع إعادتهم القسرية إلى مناطق الخطر.
إننا في روابط أبناء دارفور في جمهورية مصر العربية نؤكد أن دماء شهداء الفاشر لن تذهب سدى، وأن صرخات الضحايا ستظل تطارد القتلة ومن تواطأ معهم حتى يتحقق القصاص والعدالة.
كما نعلن مواصلتنا توثيق الجرائم ومناصرة حقوق الضحايا والعمل بكل الوسائل السلمية والقانونية لتحقيق العدالة والكرامة لشعب إقليم دارفور المنكوب، وندعو جميع أبناء السودان إلى التكاتف والوحدة من أجل بناء وطن تسوده العدالة والسلام والمواطنة المتساوية.
المجد والخلود لشهداء الفاشر ودارفور...
وعاجل الشفاء للجرحى والمصابين
عودًا حميدا للمفقودين
واللعنة على القتلة والمجرمين...
والنصر للحق والعدالة.

of the urgent statement issued by the Darfur Associations in the Arab Republic of Egypt:
Concerning the Horrific Massacres in Al-Fasher – North Darfur State
Cairo – November 1, 2025
We, the Darfur Associations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, represented by the Zaghawa, Dajo, Masalit, Tunjur, and Fur Associations, hereby declare to the local and international public our profound condemnation and strong denunciation of the brutal crimes and widespread violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces militia against innocent civilians in Al-Fasher, the capital of North Darfur State, during two years of bloody siege that culminated in a heinous massacre on October 27, 2025.
What occurred in Al-Fasher is not merely a transient armed conflict, but a systematic genocide and organized ethnic targeting aimed at uprooting specific components from the Darfuri social fabric, tragically repeating the crimes of 2003, whose wounds still bleed today.
Civilian gatherings, displacement areas, and vital facilities in Al-Fasher have been subjected to deliberate bombardment, field killings, widespread burning, and looting, clearly reflecting the ethnic cleansing policy practiced by this militia. Field reports and testimonies from survivors confirm the occurrence of mass murders, including field executions, killings based on identity, burning of residential neighborhoods, and looting of hospitals and humanitarian centers, in addition to preventing civilians from fleeing outside the city, in a blatant violation of all international laws and norms.
We affirm in the Darfur Associations that the Rapid Support Forces militia and those who politically and logistically support them bear full legal, historical, and moral responsibility for these atrocities, which amount to war crimes and genocide under the provisions of international humanitarian law and the 1948 Genocide Convention.
We consider that these crimes are not subject to statute of limitations, and will remain subject to pursuit and accountability before international justice, regardless of how much time passes.
What is happening today in Al-Fasher is a direct result of a culture of impunity that has allowed the repetition of the same crimes since 2003 without accountability, making urgent international intervention a pressing humanitarian and moral necessity.
Based on the above, we call upon the international community and relevant UN and regional human rights organizations to:
1. Take immediate action to stop the genocide in Al-Fasher, protect civilians, and provide safe corridors for the displaced and the wounded.
2. Form an independent and transparent international investigation committee under the supervision of the United Nations to document the crimes and hold those responsible accountable before the International Criminal Court.
3. Classify the Rapid Support Forces militia as a terrorist organization internationally based on its bloody record of committing genocide and ethnic cleansing in Darfur and all regions of Sudan.
4. Officially refer the file to the International Criminal Court to pursue and prosecute the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces and anyone who colluded or provided them with political cover or logistical support.
5. Urgently appeal to the relevant authorities and international decision-makers, including:
- The United Nations Security Council
- The European Union
- The African Union
- The United States of America
- The United Kingdom
- Canada
- and all other countries and organizations concerned with international justice and human rights,
to take decisive actions to stop these crimes and impose strict sanctions on the perpetrators and their supporters.
6. Provide urgent psychological and social support to the Darfuri refugee communities in Egypt, who are experiencing compounded tragedy from the loss of their loved ones under bombardment and massacres.
7. Reassess the international protection files for Darfuris residing in Egypt and other countries and recognize them as a group at risk of genocide, necessitating special protection and preventing their forced return to danger zones.
We, the Darfur Associations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, affirm that the blood of the martyrs of Al-Fasher will not be in vain, and the cries of the victims will continue to haunt the killers and those who colluded with them until justice is achieved.
We also announce our continued documentation of the crimes, advocacy for the rights of victims, and work through all peaceful and legal means to achieve justice and dignity for the afflicted people of the Darfur region, urging all Sudanese to unite and stand together to build a homeland where justice, peace, and equal citizenship prevail.
Glory and eternal remembrance to the martyrs of Al-Fasher and Darfur...
Wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded and the injured.
A warm return to the missing.
And a curse upon the killers and criminals...
Victory for truth and justice.
