في أجواء من الألفة والروح الأخوية، نظمت رابطة طلاب بوركينافاسو احتفالًا بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك يوم الجمعة الموافق 5 يونيو 2026.
وقد وجّه رئيس الرابطة، كواندا إبراهيم، دعوة كريمة لمشاركة الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة في مصر في هذه المناسبة.
و شارك الاتحاد العام مثّله موسى دومبويا، أمين الشؤون الخارجية، نيابةً عن رئيس الاتحاد، مما يعكس عمق الروابط بين الطلبة الأفارقة في مصر وروح التعاون والتضامن التي تجمعهم.

In an atmosphere of warmth and brotherhood, the Burkina Faso Students Association held a celebration for Eid al‑Adha on Friday, June 5, 2026.
The association’s president, Kwanda Ibrahim, graciously invited the General Union of African Students in Egypt to join the event.
The Union was represented by Moussa Doumbouya, Secretary for External Affairs, acting on behalf of the Union’s president — a gesture that reflects the strong bonds and spirit of cooperation among African students in Egypt.

Dans une ambiance chaleureuse et fraternelle, l'Association des étudiants du Burkina Faso a organisé une célébration à l'occasion de l'Aïd al‑Adha le vendredi 5 juin 2026.
Le président de l'association, Kwanda Ibrahim, a cordialement invité l'Union générale des étudiants africains en Égypte à prendre part à la cérémonie.
L'Union était représentée par Moussa Doumbouya, secrétaire aux affaires extérieures, agissant au nom du président de l'Union — un signe fort des liens étroits et de la solidarité qui unissent les étudiants africains en Égypte.

بدعوة رسمية من رئيس رابطة الطلبة الصوماليين بمصر محمد أبوبكر محمود، والأمين الرياضي محمد الأمين عبد السلام، شارك رئيس الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة بمصر حسين ورسمى في الحفل الختامي للمباراة النهائية لكرة القدم التي نظمتها رابطة الطلاب الصومال الدارسون بالجامعات المصرية.
شهدت الفعالية حضورًا مميزًا، حيث شارك فيها:
سعادة سفير جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية لدى مصر ومندوبها الدائم لدى جامعة الدول العربية السيد/ علي عبد أواري.
نائب البرلمان الصومالي السيد/ سيد محمد الديق حاجي.
إلى جانب عدد من الشخصيات العامة.
جسدت هذه المناسبة روح الأخوة والتعاون بين الطلبة الأفارقة في مصر، وعكست أهمية الرياضة كجسر للتواصل والتلاقي بين الثقافات.

At the official invitation of the President of the Somali Students Association in Egypt, Mohammed Abu Bakr Mahmoud, and the Sports Secretary, Mohammed Al-Amin Abdul Salam, the President of the General Union of African Students in Egypt, Hussein Warsami, attended the closing ceremony of the final football match organized by the Somali Students studying at Egyptian universities.
The event witnessed a distinguished presence, including:
H.E. Ambassador Ali Abd Awari, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States.
Mr. Said Mohammed Al-Diq Haji, Member of the Somali Parliament.
In addition to a number of public figures.
This occasion embodied the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation among African students in Egypt, and highlighted the importance of sports as a bridge for communication and cultural exchange.

Sur une invitation officielle du président de l’Association des étudiants somaliens en Égypte, Mohammed Abubakr Mahmoud, et du secrétaire aux sports, Mohammed Al-Amin Abdulsalam, le président de l’Union générale des étudiants africains en Égypte, Hussein Warsami, a participé à la cérémonie de clôture du match final de football organisé par l’Association des étudiants somaliens inscrits dans les universités égyptiennes.
L’événement a été marqué par une présence distinguée, notamment :
S.E. l’ambassadeur Ali Abd Owari, ambassadeur de la République fédérale de Somalie en Égypte et représentant permanent auprès de la Ligue des États arabes.
M. Said Mohammed Al-Diq Haji, membre du Parlement somalien.
Ainsi qu’un certain nombre de personnalités publiques.
Cette occasion a incarné l’esprit de fraternité et de coopération entre les étudiants africains en Égypte, et a mis en évidence l’importance du sport comme pont de communication et de rencontre entre les cultures.

بدعوة كريمة من رئيس اتحاد طلبة الكاميرون في مصر عبد اللطيف مبارك، شارك رئيس الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة بمصر، حسين ورسمى، في احتفالية عيد استقلال جمهورية الكاميرون بحضور عميد السفراء الأفارقة وسفير الكاميرون سيادة السفير محمدو لبرانج .

وقد أقيم الحفل في فندق سميراميس بحضور نخبة من سفراء الدول الأفريقية، وعدد من الشخصيات الدبلوماسية والعامة، في أجواء مفعمة بروح الأخوة.

هذه المشاركة تعكس حرص الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة على تعزيز العلاقات الثقافية والدبلوماسية، و مشاركة الاتحاد في مختلف المناسبات الوطنية.

Invited by Abdel Latif Mubarak, President of the Cameroon Students’ Union in Egypt, Hussein Wersmi, President of the General Union of African Students in Egypt, attended the Independence Day celebration of the Republic of Cameroon.
The event was held at the Semiramis Hotel and included the Dean of African Ambassadors and His Excellency Mohamedou Lebrang, the Ambassador of Cameroon.
The ceremony brought together a distinguished group of African ambassadors and other diplomatic and public figures in a warm atmosphere of fellowship.
This participation highlights the General Union of African Students’ commitment to strengthening cultural and diplomatic ties and its active involvement in national celebrations.

Sur l’invitation d’Abdel Latif Mubarak, président de l’Union des étudiants camerounais en Égypte, Hussein Wersmi, président de l’Union générale des étudiants africains en Égypte, a pris part à la célébration de la Fête de l’indépendance de la République du Cameroun.
La réception, qui s’est tenue à l’hôtel Semiramis, a rassemblé le doyen des ambassadeurs africains ainsi que Son Excellence Mohamedou Lebrang, ambassadeur du Cameroun.
L’événement a réuni une sélection d’ambassadeurs africains et de personnalités diplomatiques et publiques dans une ambiance conviviale et fraternelle.
Cette participation témoigne de l’attachement de l’Union générale des étudiants africains au renforcement des liens culturels et diplomatiques et de son engagement à participer aux grandes commémorations nationales.

في مثل هذا اليوم، 25 مايو، يحتفل العالم بـ يوم أفريقيا، ذكرى تأسيس منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية عام 1963.
هذا اليوم لم يكن مجرد تاريخ، بل كان إعلاناً لوحدة القارة وتضامن شعوبها في مواجهة الاستعمار وبناء مستقبل مشترك.
يوم أفريقيا هو مناسبة لتجديد العهد على العمل من أجل السلام، التنمية، والنهضة الأفريقية، وللتأكيد أن صوت القارة سيظل موحداً في مواجهة التحديات وصناعة الأمل.
فلنجعل من يوم أفريقيا فرصة للاحتفاء بتاريخنا، ثقافتنا، وإنجازاتنا، وللتأكيد أن أفريقيا هي قارة المستقبل.

جامعة القاهرة تعزز الروابط الأكاديمية مع الطلاب الأفارقة استعدادًا للاحتفال بيوم أفريقيا

في إطار تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والثقافي، استقبل الأستاذ الدكتور عطية الطنطاوي، عميد كلية الدراسات الأفريقية العليا بجامعة القاهرة، وفدًا من أعضاء المكتب التنفيذي للاتحاد العام للطلاب الأفارقة في مصر، برئاسة حسين ورسمى، رئيس الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة. وقد شارك في اللقاء الدكتور سيد رشاد، أستاذ اللغة السواحيلية بقسم اللغات الأفريقية.

وخلال الاجتماع، جرى بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك في تنظيم احتفالية "يوم أفريقيا" بالتنسيق مع وزارة الخارجية المصرية و جامعة القاهرة، بما يعكس عمق الروابط بين مصر والدول الأفريقية، ويعزز دور الطلاب الأفارقة في إثراء المشهد الثقافي والأكاديمي.

وقد حضر اللقاء من المكتب التنفيذي كل من:

Cairo University Strengthens Academic Ties with African Students on Africa Day Preparations

In a bid to bolster academic and cultural collaboration, Prof. Dr. Atiya El-Tantawy, Dean of the Faculty of African Postgraduate Studies at Cairo University, hosted a delegation from the Executive Office of the General Union of African Students in Egypt. The visit was led by Hussein Warsami, President of the Union, and included Dr. Sayed Rashad, Professor of Swahili in the Department of African Languages.
The discussions focused on joint initiatives to organize the upcoming "Africa Day" celebrations in partnership with Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This collaboration underscores the strong bonds between Egypt and African nations while amplifying the vital contributions of African students to Egypt's cultural and academic landscape.

L’Université du Caire renforce ses liens académiques avec les étudiants africains en vue de la Journée de l’Afrique

Afin de promouvoir la coopération académique et culturelle, le Pr. Dr. Atiya El-Tantawy, doyen de la Faculté des études supérieures africaines de l’Université du Caire, a accueilli une délégation du bureau exécutif de l’Union générale des étudiants africains en Égypte. La rencontre, présidée par Hussein Warsami, président de l’Union, s’est tenue en présence du Dr. Sayed Rashad, professeur de swahili au département des langues africaines.
Les échanges ont porté sur des initiatives conjointes pour l’organisation de la célébration de la « Journée de l’Afrique », en partenariat avec le ministère égyptien des Affaires étrangères. Cette coopération illustre la profondeur des relations entre l’Égypte et les pays africains, tout en valorisant le rôle essentiel des étudiants africains dans l’enrichissement du paysage culturel et académique égyptien.

شارك رئيس الاتحاد العام للطلبة الأفارقة في مصر حسين ورسمى، وأعضاء المكتب التنفيذي إلى جانب عدد من رؤساء الاتحادات الفرعية وممثليهم في الورشة التدريبية التي نظمها نموذج محاكاة الاتحاد الإفريقي، ورشة العمل كانت تعريفية حول آليات الالتحاق ببرنامج متطوعي الاتحاد الإفريقي. أعقب ذلك اجتماع مصغر جمع رئيس الاتحاد العام حسين ورسمى وأعضاء المكتب التنفيذي وبعض رؤساء الاتحادات الفرعية مع الأستاذ حسن غزالي، مؤسس مكتب الشباب الإفريقي، لبحث سبل التعاون وتعزيز الشراكات المستقبلية.

"The President of the General Union of African Students in Egypt, Hussein Warsami, together with members of the Executive Office and several heads of sub-unions and their representatives, took part in a training workshop organized by the African Union Simulation Model. The workshop introduced the mechanisms for joining the African Union Volunteers Program. This was followed by a focused meeting between President Hussein Warsami, members of the Executive Office, and representatives of sub-unions with Mr. Hassan Ghazaly, founder of the African Youth Bureau, to explore avenues of cooperation and strengthen future partnerships."
