BEF مؤسسة العين الزرقاء للعلوم والتنمية، هي مؤسسة مجتمعية غير هادفة للربح. تأسست عام 2022 بموجب قانون إنشاء المؤسسات الاهلية المصري.
في ضوء حرصنا الشديد على المشاركة في برنامج التنمية المستدامة، والعمل على تطوير المجتمع، والحفاظ على حقوق الإنسان. تأسست BEF لدعم ومساعدة الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، )المكفوفين(، والعمل على تطوير المهارات الشخصية لجميع أفراد المجتمع، من خلال توعيى المواطنين بالحف
اظ على حقوقهم الشخصية. بالإضافة للمشاركة في برنامج التنمية المستدامة، للنهوض بالاقتصاد المصري، من خلال الاهتمام بتنمية المشروعات الصغيرة، والمشروعات الصناعية والزراعية. وتوفير فرص عمل ملاءمة للخريجين الجدد، التي بشأنها تحسين مستوى الحياة، وزيادة دخل المواطن المصري.
الاهتمام بتنوير الفكر ومكافحة الإرهاب
تعمل BEF أيضا على التصدي للأفكار المتطرفة والإرهاب، من خلال رفع الوعي للشباب والمراهقين، والاهتمام بالمجال الرياضي والفني. تحسين جودة التعليم وتقديم خدما أكاديمية متطورة حديثة.
الاهتمام بالبيئة والحفاظ عليها.
إن من أفضل البلدان في العالم التي تدعم الحريات واحترام الرأي وحقوق الإنسان، ولاسيما البلدان التي تهتم بمجال تنمية البيئة والحفاظ عليها.
إن من أهداف BEF الهامة هي العمل على زيادة والتوسع في الرقعة الخضراء، والحفاظ على مياه نهر النيل من التلوث، والتصدي لانتهاكات تعذيب وقتل الحيوانات. وقطع الاشجار والتعدي بالبناء على الأراضي الزراعية. الذي بدوره يؤدي الى الخلل بمنظومتنا البيئية لحياتنا...

BEF Blue Eye Foundation for Science and Development, is a non-profit community foundation. It was founded in 2022 under the Egyptian Civil Enterprises Act. In view of our keen interest in participating in the sustainable development agenda, working towards the development of society and the preservation of human rights. BEF was established to support and assist persons with special needs, (blind), and work to develop the personal skills of all members of society, by sensitizing citizens to preserve their personal rights. In addition to participating in the Sustainable Development Programme, to promote the Egyptian economy, through the interest in the development of small enterprises, industrial and agricultural enterprises. Providing suitable employment opportunities for new graduates, on which to improve the standard of life and increase the income of the Egyptian citizen. BEF also works to counter extremist ideas and terrorism, by raising awareness of young people and adolescents, and paying attention to sports and art. Improve the quality of education and provide modern advanced academic services. It is one of the best countries in the world that supports freedoms, respect for opinion, and human rights, especially countries that are concerned with the development and preservation of the environment. La fondation d'oeil bleu de la science et du développement ( BEF ) , est une fondation sociale sans but lucratif. Elle a été fondée en 2022 en vertu de la loi d'établissement des fondations civiles égyptiennes. Au l'égard de notre vif intérêt de participer au programme du développement durable, nous travaillerons sur l'évolution de la société, et la préservation des droits de l'homme. Le BEF a été fondée pour soutenir et aider les personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux,( les aveugles) , et pour travailler à la mise en point des compétences personnelles de tous les membres de la société, à travers la sensibilisation des citoyens à préserver leurs droits personnels. En outre , de participer dans le programme du développement durable, pour la promotion d'économie égyptien, à travers la prise en compte le développement des petits projets, industriels et agricoles. Aussi de fournir des opportunités des emplois convenables pour les nouveaux diplômés, à fin d'améliorer le niveau de vie et d'accroître le revenu du citoyen égyptien. Le BEF travaille également à lutter contre les idées extrémistes et le terrorisme. À travers l'élévation de la sensibilisation des jeunes et des adolescents, en tenant compte du domaine sportif et artistique. Nous sommes l'un des meilleurs pays au monde dans le soutien de la liberté , le respect d'opinions et le droit de l'homme, particulièrement ceux qui s'intéressent au domaine du développement et la préservation d' environnement . L'un des objectifs importants du BEF est la mise en point sur l'augmentation et l'expansion dans les espaces verts, la préservation de l'eau du nil d'être polluée, la lutte contre les violations, la torture , et de tuer les animaux. En plus les abattages des arbres et l'empiétement de la construction sur les territoires agricoles , qui cause le déséquilibre de l' écosystème de notre vie .

In Anbetracht unserer Bereitschaft, am Programm für nachhaltige Entwicklung teilzunehmen, an der Entwicklung der Gesellschaft zu arbeiten und die Menschenrechte zu wahren. BEF wurde gegründet, um Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen (Blinde) zu unterstützen und zu helfen und daran zu arbeiten, die persönlichen Fähigkeiten aller Mitglieder der Gesellschaft zu entwickeln, indem die Bürger dazu erzogen werden, ihre Persönlichkeitsrechte zu wahren und sich neben der Teilnahme am Programm für nachhaltige Entwicklung weiterzuentwickeln der ägyptischen Wirtschaft, indem sie auf die Entwicklung kleiner Projekte und Projekte in Industrie und Landwirtschaft achten und geeignete Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für neue Absolventen bereitstellen, die den Lebensstandard verbessern und das Einkommen der ägyptischen Bürger erhöhen werden.
