تعلن جمعية الطفولة والتنمية بأسيوط عن فتح باب التقديم لاختيار مدربين ومتابعين بدوام جزئي ضمن مشروع: "التدريس على المستوى الصحيح 2 (TARL)" في محافظة أسيوط.

الوظائف المتاحة:

•⁠ ⁠مدرب/ة: لتدريب وتأهيل فرق المتطوعات وتطبيق منهجية TaRL من خلال التدريبات الأساسية والتنشيطية وفصول الممارسة.

•⁠ ⁠متابع/ة: للمتابعة الميدانية المنتظمة لفصول المعسكرات التعليمية، ورصد جودة الأداء، وتقديم الدعم والتغذية الراجعة للفريق.

Assiut Childhood and Development Association (ACDA) is pleased to announce job openings for Part-Time Trainers and Monitors under the project: "Teaching at the Right Level 2 (TaRL)" in Assiut Governorate.

Available Positions:
Trainer (M/F): Responsible for training and qualifying volunteer teams on the TaRL methodology through basic/refresher training sessions and practice classes.

Monitor (M/F): Responsible for field monitoring of educational camp classes, ensuring implementation quality, tracking performance, and providing constructive feedback.

نحو تعليم أفضل لأطفال مطروح

في إطار أنشطة مشروع «مدارس من أجل مصر 4» بمحافظة مطروح المنفذ من خلال جمعية الطفولة والتنمية بأسيوط، والممول من مؤسسة ساويرس للتنمية الاجتماعية وشركة أوراسكوم للإنشاءات، تم الانتهاء من اختيار 9 مواقع لتنفيذ 11 مدرسة مجتمعية بمركزي الضبعة وسيدي براني.

وجاء ذلك عقب تنفيذ معاينات ميدانية للمواقع، بمشاركة كل من وزارة التربية والتعليم، ومؤسسة ساويرس للتنمية الاجتماعية، ومديرية التربية والتعليم بمطروح، وجمعية الطفولة والتنمية، وجمعية سيوة لتنمية المجتمع وحماية البيئة، باعتبارها الجمعية المحلية الشريكة.

ويستهدف المشروع دعم إتاحة التعليم للأطفال بالمناطق المستهدفة، والمساهمة في توفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة تلبي احتياجات المجتمعات المحلية، بما يعزز فرص الأطفال في الحصول على تعليم أفضل ومستقبل أكثر استقرارًا.

Towards Better Education for the Children of Matrouh
As part of the activities of the Schools for Egypt 4 project in Matrouh Governorate, implemented by the Association for Childhood and Development in Assiut and funded by Sawiris Foundation for Social Development and Orascom Construction, nine sites have been selected for the establishment of 11 community schools in the Al-Dabaa and Sidi Barrani districts.
The selection followed field assessments of the proposed sites, conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, the Matrouh Directorate of Education, the Association for Childhood and Development, and the Siwa Association for Community Development and Environmental Protection, as the local partner organization.
The project aims to support access to education for children in the targeted areas and contribute to providing a suitable learning environment that meets the needs of local communities, helping enhance children’s opportunities to receive better education and build a more stable future.

التدخل المبكر هو المفتاح اللي بيفتح للأطفال طيف التوحد أبواب التواصل، الاعتماد على النفس، واكتشاف قدراتهم المدفونة.
وعشان نوصل لتدخل دقيق، بنبدأ بتقييم شامل ببرنامج VB-MAPP العالمي اللي بيحدد بدقة نقاط القوة والمهارات المطلوب تنميتها، وعلى أساسه بنصمم خطة فردية لكل طفل.

"حضانة طيف" بأسيوط موجودة عشان تقدم الدعم المتخصص ده لأطفالنا من عمر 2 حتى 12 سنة ببرامج مصممة خصيصاً لكل طفل.

التوحد هو عالم مختلف من الإدراك. 🌍
عشان نقدر نساند أطفالنا، لازم نفهم العلامات اللي بتقول إن الطفل ممكن يكون من ذوي طيف التوحد. الأعراض بتختلف من طفل للتاني، بس في علامات مشتركة لازم ناخد بالنا منها:
التواصل البصري: تجنب التقاء الأعين بشكل مستمر.
التفاعل الاجتماعي: صعوبة في فهم مشاعر الآخرين أو تكوين صداقات.
تأخر الكلام: أو تكرار بعض الكلمات بشكل نمطي.
الحركات المتكررة: زي الرفرفة بالإيد أو الدوران حول النفس.

لو لاحظت أي علامة من دول، ده مش معناه قلق، ده معناه إن طفلك محتاج "طريقة تواصل مختلفة" نساعده بيها يخرج طاقاته المبدعة. 💙"
