Our youth skate programs are in full effect this summer!☀️🌱🧠🛹 We’re wrapping up “Strength Through Shred” at the Shepherd this week and closing out the summer with Sidewalk Detroit at the Nature & Play Series camp.

Registration is currently full for Strength Through Shred. If you’d like to join us soon, we will be at Ralph Wilson Park for “Detroit Youth Sports Showcase” August 15th from 10am-2pm with Detroit Riverfront Conservancy . Come skate with us! Make sure you’re following along here on our Instagram with notifications on, and subscribed to our mailing list on: apositiveseedco.com to stay up to date!

July 8th we kick off our FREE summer skate program “Strength Through Shred”!🌱🛹✨

We will be at “It Take’s a Village” Skatepark every Wednesday and Friday
throughout July from Noon-1pm.
Boards and gear provided. Limited capacity, so sign up soon!

This program offers a supportive space for youth to build confidence, learn new skateboarding skills, and explore mental and physical well-being through movement. It centers marginalized communities and aims to increase access to both sport and mental health resources.
Our primary goal for this project is to enhance the mental well-being of Detroit’s youth through the transformative power of skateboarding📈💪🏾
