We believe that education is the main concern in human development; especially the young people aged 12-16. This is a critical phase of shaping personality and identity of humans; therefore our role is to complement the national educational process with essential knowledge and skills such as Leadership, Decision Making, and Communication, broadening their horizons and discovering their hidden tale

نحن نؤمن ان التعليم هو مجال الأهتمام الرئيسى فى التنمية البشرية ؛ خصوصاً الشباب من سن 12 -15 .
ولأن هذه مرحلة حرجة فى تكوين شخصية وهوية الأنسان لذلك فمهمتنا هى تكملة هذه المرحلة التعليمية الوطنية بالمعلومات والمهارات المهمة مثل : مهارات القيادة ، أتخاذ القرار ، التواصل ،و توسيع أفاقهم وأكتشاف مواهبهم المخفية .. لنصل إلى جيل مصرى مستقبلى مسئول أجتماعياً .. قادر على القيادة.
