The first round of Bridges (August – October 2012) was sponsored by (The Forgotten Writers Foundation) and (Alexandria Regional Center for Woman's Health & Development). With a scope of work mainly focused on the women rights and how to reach to a social harmony between men and women; Bridges'12 tackled many topics such as gender studies, human and citizenship rights, marriage, stereotypes and the
different socially accept codes. With around 100 members in Bridges'12, a competition was held between 8 groups of participants, each group introduced an idea for a smart social project that could be implemented easily on ground.
:: Bridges 2013- 2014: The Quest for Humanity ::
This year, Bridges is starting its quest for finding and understanding the true meanings of humanity and social acceptance concepts, that is by working as a community movement to help our participants to understand this journey and to train them properly, so they can start their own ideas eventually turning the community into a better place.
