La vision:
L'initiative vise à enrichir la connaissance des jeunes francophones en question de l'esprit de la francophonie: une sensibilisation globale qui comporte les pays, les peuples, les traditions francophones ainsi que la francophonie entre le passé et l'avenir tout en développant leurs compétences afin qu'ils soient distingués en toute positions et endroits. Aussi se préoccupe-t-elle de l
'intégration des jeunes francophones dans les communautés non-francophones, ce qui servira à la diffusion de l'esprit francophone et de la langue française. The vision:
The initiative aims to enrich the knowledge of the French-speaking youth concerning the French-spirit: a global sensitization about the countries, the populations, the traditions and “La Francophonie” between the past and the future by developing their skills. They, then, become distinguished in every position and any place. Besides, the initiative is concerned with integrating the French-speaking youth into the non-French-speaking communities, which is going to help diffusing the “francophone” spirit and French.

تهدف المبادرة إلى إثراء معرفة الشباب الفرنكوفونيين بما يخص الفكر الفرنكوفوني مما يشمل: توعية شاملة تضم البلاد و الشعوب والعادات الفرنكوفونية و أيضًا الفرنكوفونية ما بين الماضي والمستقبل وذلك من خلال تنمية مهاراتهم ليكونوا مميزين في كل مركز و مكان. كما تهتم المبادرة بدمج الشباب الفنكوفوني في المجتمعات الغير فرنكوفونية، مما سيعمل على نشر الفكر الفرنكوفوني و اللغة الفرنسية.
