We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) market.

Job Purpose:
To lead and develop sales within the HORECA sector by building strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving the company’s revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the HORECA sales strategy and action plan.
Identify and target key clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies).
Manage and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and suppliers.
Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing department to design promotions and campaigns tailored to HORECA customers.
Supervise order delivery, invoicing, and collection processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Train and coach the sales team on HORECA-specific selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in the HORECA sector.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage client relationships effectively.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Valid driving license preferred.
