The Chairman - SMU

The Chairman هو مشروع مقدم من أسرة SMU والذى يهدف الى اعداد شباب فعال فى المجتمع المدنى ومعد جيدا للوظائف المستقبلية
يتم تقسيم المشتركيون بين مجموعة من الشركات الناشئة حيث يقوموا بتحديد الفكرة التي تقوم عليها تلك الشركات التى من المتوقع ان تتعرض إلى أزمة يمكن أن تؤثر بشكل كبير على أدائها فى المستقبل . يتعلم المشاركون إدارة هذه الكيانات من خلال تقديم الاقتراحات والحلول الممكنة لهذه العقبات من قب

ل الشركات للحفاظ على الاستقرار المادى المنشود .

ينقسم المشروع إلى ثلاث مراحل اساسية هم :
الأولي : التدريب
فى هذه المرحلة يحصّل المشاركون المعرفة الأساسية لعالم التجارة و الاعمال و المشاريع الناشئة على يد متخصصين و ايضا يتم التطبيق عن طريق اعضاء لجان التدريب

الثانية : التخطيط
تعمل الفرق على تطبيق ما تدربوا عليه في المرحلة الاولى في سبيل التخطيط لمشروع من تفكيرهم من جميع النواحي

الثالثة : المحاكاة
حيث يدخل مشروع كل فريق حيز المحاكاة حيث يتم محاكاة اول ثلاث سنوات من تأسيس شركتهم الناشئة و يتم وضعهم في موضع حل لمشاكل السوق و المنافسة مع الشركات الاخرى في تذليل عقبات التمويل و تكوين شراكات مع كيانات اخرى

The chairman is a project introduced by SMU club (Start Menu Union) whose mission is to prepare the youth to be effective in civil work society, careers, or startups by using a wide variety of education techniques. The participants are divided between a set of startups and that are expected to fall into crisis which could heavily affect their future performance. Participants learn to manage these entities by presenting possible suggestions and solutions for these obstacles faced by the startups and aspiring to retain the desired financial stability. The project basic three phases are as follows:
First | training:
On this phase the participants get the fundamental knowledge about business and startups world by professional speakers and they can apply topics with the help of training committees

Second | planning:
teams start searching for adding value idea for a start up and start planning for this for many fields

Third | scaling:
3 years of beginning of start up will be scaled to this phase and put them into challenges the will face in real life and let them aware of competitions with other teams to win a partnership or getting fund etc. So, if you are willing to be a part of the business world someday, you are welcomed to join "The Chairman", a unique experience that simulates this outstanding challenging environment.
