2/ International events ( min. 3 events) min. 7 clubs from different districts must participate ( not also from the same country ) + Videos ( all clubs must participate + “culture box” reflecting the culture of your country to each club.
3/Minimum 1 online meeting 2 clubs or more
4/ sharing all your events on All Stars twinning project
