بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للسلام، شهدت عروس البحر الأبيض المتوسط، مدينة الإسكندرية، حراكًا فكريًا وثقافيًا استثنائيًا أُقيم في مقر مؤسسة أنا ليند (Anna Lindh Foundation) — الصرح الذي طالما كان جسرًا للتواصل الحضاري وحوار الثقافات.
لم تكن الفعالية مجرد إحياء لذكرى سنوية، بل كانت مساحة حية تجمع بين الرؤى والأفكار الملهمة، وشهدت مشاركة متميزة من حضور أثروا النقاشات بفرص جديدة للتفاهم والعمل المشترك. تناولت الجلسات والأنشطة أهمية تعزيز قيم التعايش السلمي، وترسيخ ثقافات التسامح، وتقبل الآخر، ودور الشباب والمؤسسات في بناء مجتمعات أكثر أمانًا واستقرارًا.
إن السلام ليس مجرد فكرة ننتظرها، بل هو ممارسة يومية ومسؤولية جماعية تبدأ من الحوار الصادق والعمل الجاد. ومن قلب الإسكندرية، أعدنا التأكيد على أن صوت الحكمة والتعاون هو الطريق الوحيد لتجاوز التحديات وصنع مستقبل أفضل للجميع.

On the occasion of the International Day of Peace, the Mediterranean city of Alexandria witnessed an exceptional intellectual and cultural gathering held at the premises of the Anna Lindh Foundation — a longstanding bridge for intercultural dialogue and communication.

The event was more than an annual commemoration; it was a vibrant space that brought together inspiring perspectives and ideas, with meaningful participation that enriched the discussions and opened new opportunities for understanding and joint action.

The sessions and activities highlighted the importance of promoting peaceful coexistence, fostering a culture of tolerance and acceptance of others, and recognizing the role of youth and institutions in building safer and more stable communities.

Peace is not simply an idea we wait for; it is a daily practice and a collective responsibility that begins with sincere dialogue and meaningful action.

🌱 انطلاق أولى الجلسات التدريبية لمبادرة «بذور التكنولوجيا» 💻

في إطار تفعيل أنشطة مبادرة «بذور التكنولوجيا»، التي تنفذها مؤسسة الأصابع الصغيرة بدعم من مؤسسة مصر الخير، انطلقت أولى الجلسات التدريبية لدورة التحول الرقمي، وذلك داخل القاعة التدريبية المجهزة بمقر مؤسسة ميزة للتنمية والإبداع.

وشهدت الدورة مشاركة مجموعة من الشباب والشابات من الجمعيات والمؤسسات المشاركة في أنشطة المركز العربي لاستدامة العمل الأهلي، إلى جانب عدد من الشباب المهتمين بتطوير مهاراتهم الرقمية والاستعداد لمتطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلي.

وافتُتحت فعاليات الدورة بكلمة من أ. ياسر بدري – مسؤول تطوير أداء الجمعيات الأهلية بمؤسسة مصر الخير، تناول خلالها أنشطة المركز العربي لاستدامة العمل الأهلي، وأهمية دور الشباب في دعم مسيرة التنمية والمساهمة الفاعلة في بناء مستقبل أكثر استدامة.

كما أكدت أ. سالي الفاتح – رئيس مجلس أمناء مؤسسة الأصابع الصغيرة، في كلمتها، أهمية اكتساب الشباب لمهارات التحول الرقمي، باعتبارها من المهارات الأساسية التي تفتح أمامهم آفاقًا أوسع للتعلم والعمل، وتزيد من فرص اندماجهم في سوق العمل الرقمي.

🎯 وتأتي مبادرة «بذور التكنولوجيا» بهدف تمكين الشباب من الفئة العمرية من 16 إلى 32 عامًا من اكتساب مهارات البرمجة والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، وتأهيلهم للالتحاق بسوق العمل الرقمي، من خلال برنامج تدريبي عملي قائم على التعلم التطبيقي وبناء القدرات.

كما تسعى المبادرة إلى إعداد كوادر شابة قادرة على نقل المعرفة وتوسيع دائرة الاستفادة وتحقيق أثر تنموي مستدام داخل المجتمع المحلي بمحافظة الإسكندرية.

🌱 The Launch of the First Training Sessions of the “Technology Seeds” Initiative 💻

As part of the activities of the “Technology Seeds” Initiative, implemented by Little Fingers Foundation with the support of Misr El Kheir Foundation, the first training sessions of the Digital Transformation Course were launched at the fully equipped training hall of Miza Foundation for Development and Creativity.

The course brought together a group of young men and women from associations and organizations participating in the activities of the Arab Center for Civil Society Sustainability, alongside other young people interested in developing their digital skills and preparing for the demands of the future job market.

The training sessions opened with a speech by Mr. Yasser Badry – Associations Performance Development Officer at Misr El Kheir Foundation, who highlighted the activities of the Arab Center for Civil Society Sustainability and emphasized the important role of youth in supporting development and contributing effectively to building a more sustainable future.

Ms. Sally El Fateh – Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Little Fingers Foundation, also emphasized the importance of equipping young people with digital transformation skills, as essential skills that can open broader opportunities for learning and employment and enhance their integration into the digital job market.

🎯 The “Technology Seeds” Initiative aims to empower young people aged 16 to 32 by providing them with programming and modern technology skills and preparing them to enter the digital job market through a practical training program focused on hands-on learning and capacity building.

The initiative also seeks to develop young leaders capable of sharing knowledge, expanding the circle of beneficiaries, and creating sustainable development impact within the local community in Alexandria.
