Fundamental of Leadership in
Emergency Management
Definition of the program :
Designing a one-day practical workshop on leadership in emergency management involves a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises to enhance the skills of the participants.
Target audience:
Health care worker / internship
Objectives:
Is to equip healthcare workers, particularly those in internships, with the essential leadership skills required to effectively manage emergency situations.
The workshop aims to:
1. Enhance theoretical knowledge about leadership roles and qualities necessary for emergency management.
2. Develop practical skills through exercises and group activities that simulate real- world scenarios.
3. Foster decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations typical of emergency departments.
4. Improve patient-centered care by understanding the patient journey and the design of emergency departments.
5. Optimize emergency department efficacy through case study analysis and proposing solutions to common challenges.
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to apply these skills and knowledge to improve outcomes in emergency healthcare settings. The instructors , will lead the course, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all attendees.
