حكاية تدريب (الجزء 4)
البدايه لما فكرنا في التدريب لاحياء تراث المشغولات اليدويه المصريه القديمه وفي نفس الوقت تدريب مجموعه من النساء على مهنه تشكيل الحلي باستخدام مواد طبيعيه مثل النحاس والخرز والجلد الطبيعي ودعم جيل من مصممات الحلي المصريات
وتلاقت إداره ذاتك مع اداره المتحف المصري الكبير وتشجيعهم للفكره من خلال القيام بالدور المجتمعي للمتاحف وتشجيع اهداف. الخطه التنمويه لمصر 2030 وتمكين النساء وتحسين ظروف وشروط عملهن، ودعم من شركة ديجيمو للاستشارات والتدريب لتتطبيق المسئولية المجتمعية للشركات على نحو عملي في مجال حفظ وإحياء التراث.

الكبير.
استعرضت المتدربات المنتجات النهائيه أثناء التدريب في اليوم الأخير للورشه وتتضمن مجموعه من الحلي مثل الاقراط والأساور وحلي الشعر والسلاسل والقلادات واكسسوارات الحقائب وغيرها واحتفلت المتدربات بالنتيجة النهائية مع المدربة الأستاذة سماء يسري وقيادات المتحف المصري الكبير وذاتك.
معًا أثبتوا أن التراث يمكن أن يولد من جديد، وأن الإبداع يمكن أن يُرعى، وأن النساء قادرات على قيادة الطريق نحو تشكيل مستقبل مصر الفني.
Reviving Egyptian Elegance, Empowering Women Part 4✨
The journey began with a dream: to revive the heritage of ancient Egyptian handcrafts while empowering women to create jewelry from natural materials—copper, beads, and leather. From this vision, a new generation of Egyptian jewelry designers started to take shape.
With the support of the Grand Egyptian Museum, the initiative aligned with Egypt’s 2030 Development Plan, embracing the museum’s community role and championing goals of women’s empowerment and improved working conditions. DGMOW for training and consulting backed the workshop encouraging the private sector to step up and engage in community causes, proving that heritage revival and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
By the final day, the trainees proudly showcased their creations: earrings, bracelets, hair ornaments, necklaces, chains, bag accessories, and more. The celebration brought together the women, their trainer Samaa Yousry, and leaders from the Grand Egyptian Museum and ذَاتِك—marking not just the end of a workshop, but the beginning of a movement.
💫 Together, they proved that heritage can be reborn, creativity can be nurtured, and women can lead the way in shaping Egypt’s artistic future.
