"إغاثيون بلا حدود" هي مبادرة تطوعية شبابية يقودها اللاجئون تأسست في عام 2013 باسم "(سوا)" بهدف دعم ومناصرة المهاجرين واللاجئين والفئات الأكثر استضعافًا في مصر.
منذ ظهور وباء كورونا في بداية عام 2020 ، تم تغيير اسم المبادرة إلى " إغاثيون بلا حدود"، وهي تعمل ضمن القوانين المصرية من خلال التنسيق مع المنظمات والجهات الحكومية والجامعات والمدارس لتقديم خدماتها من خلال الاقسام التالية:
التدريب المهني عل
ى العمل الحر : يتم تدريب الشباب على مهارات استخدام الحاسب ومهارات العمل أونلاين، يتبعه تدريب تخصصي في أحد المجالات المهنية يتيح له التشبيك مع سوق العمل اونلاين .
التماسك المجتمعي : يتم تقديم خدمات دعم الصحة النفسية للمساعدة على تجاوز صدمات وتحديات النزوح، كما يعمل على دعم روابط الدمج بين الفئات المجتمعية المختلفة ورفع الوعي وتعزيز الفهم للقضايا القانونية التي تواجه هذه الفئات وتقليص الفجوة بينهم وبين المجتمع المضيف .
المناصرة : تساعد إغاثيون بلا حدود من خلال فريقها التطوعي ومنصة إدارة الحالة الخاصة بها بتقديم الطاقات البشرية اللازمة للقيام بالعمليات الإغاثية اللازمة ( غذائية ، طبية ..الخ ) وذلك بالتشبيك مع الجمعيات المحلية العاملة بالمجال الإغاثي.
إعداد المتطوعين : يتم استقطاب الشباب من مختلف الخلفيات الثقافية والاجتماعية وتدريبهم على مختلف المهارات التطوعية اللازمة وتعريفهم بمفهوم العمل التطوعي والقضايا المجتمعية حتى يصبحوا قادرين على تنفيذ أنشطة إغاثيون بلا حدود ودعم الجهات الشريكة.
الاعمال التعاونية : عقد الشراكات مع الجهات المقدمة للخدمات لتقديم الحسومات على أسعار خدماتهم، وذلك في إطار التخفيف من حدة العبء الاقتصادي على اللاجئين والمستضعفين، وفي مقدمة هذه الخدمات هي الخدمات الطبية.
التدريب الأكاديمي الميداني: بالتنسيق مع الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية، يتم تزويد الطلاب بمهارات وطرق البحث الاجتماعي والتسجيل على منصة إدارة الحالة ومعايير التسجيل والقبول والدعم، مما يساعدهم في تحقيق فارق إيجابي كبير في مسيرة تحصيلهم العلمي والميداني والتطبيق العملي على أرض الواقع.
التعافي البيئي: يتم التوعية حول أهمية الحفاظ على البيئة والتغير المناخي، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ أنشطة تعتمد على إعادة التدوير وفرز النفايات، ويحقّ لهذا القسم التدخل بكافة الأقسام الأخرى وتغيير آلية تنفيذ أي نشاط ليكون صديق للبيئة.
في النهاية تسعى إغاثيون بلا حدود من خلال متطوعيها وأقسامها المختلفة إلى خدمة المجتمع وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. "Relief without borders" is a youth volunteer initiative led by refugees, it founded in 2013 under the name "Sawa" with the aim of supporting and advocating for immigrants, refugees, and the most vulnerable groups in Egypt. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, the initiative's name has been changed to "Relief without borders", it operates within Egyptian laws by coordinating with organizations, governmental entities, universities, and schools to provide its services through the following departments:
1- Professional vocational training: Youth are trained in computer skills and online work skills, followed by specialized training in one of the professional fields that enables them to network with the online job market.
2- Community cohesion: psychological health support services are provided to help overcome the shocks and challenges of displacement, as well as working to support integration relations between different community groups, raise awareness, and enhance understanding of legal issues facing these groups and reduce the gap between them and the host community.
3- Advocacy: "Relief without borders" helps through its volunteer team and its case management platform to provide the necessary human resources to carry out necessary relief operations (food, medical, etc.) by networking with local associations working in the relief field.
4- Volunteer training: Young people from different cultural and social backgrounds are recruited and trained on the various necessary volunteer skills and defined to the concept of volunteer work and community issues so that they can carry out "Relief without borders" activities and support partner organizations.
5- Cooperative works: partnerships are established with service providers to provide discounts on their services, within the framework of alleviating the economic burden on refugees and the underprivileged, and at the forefront of these services are medical services.
6- Field academic training: in coordination with universities and educational institutions, students are equipped with social research skills and registration on the case management platform, registration and acceptance standards, and support, which helps them achieve a significant positive difference in their academic journey.
