🧭Caring Compass: Empowering Support Persons in Social Sphere

The main objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities and skills of support persons in social sphere, so they can offer well targeted and high-quality support to more vulnerable groups.

Online meeting with the partners who discussed and confirmed the face-to-face meeting in Sweden in March 2026. Submission of the first Erasmus+ project report. As well as give feedback on the draft handbook for support persons.

🧭Caring Compass: Stärkande stödpersoner i den sociala sfären.

Projektets huvudmål är att stärka kapaciteten och kompetensen hos stödpersoner inom det sociala området, så att de kan erbjuda välriktat och högkvalitativt stöd till mer utsatta grupper.

Onlinemöte med partnerna som diskuterade och bekräftade face to face mötet i Sverige i mars 2026. Inlämning av den första Erasmus+-projektrapporten. Samt ge feedback på utkastet till handbok för stödpersoner.

✨ Caring Compass – toetajate toetamiseks ✨
Kes aitab neid, kes iga päev teisi aitavad? Erasmus+ projekt Caring Compass uuris tugisikute kogemusi Eestis, Prantsusmaal, Itaalias, Lätis ja Rootsis ning tõi välja nende suurimad vajadused – alates stressijuhtimisest ja supervisioonist kuni praktiliste tööriistade ja koolitusteni. Caring Compass projekti raames valmivad juhendmaterjalid ja õppekava, et tugisikud saaksid pakkuda veelgi kvaliteetsemat abi haavatavatele sihtrühmadele.

🌍 CARING COMPASS: Toetame neid, kes toetavad teisi

Hiljuti viisime läbi rahvusvahelise uuringu, et mõista paremini sotsiaalvaldkonnas tegutsevate tugisikute igapäevaseid väljakutseid, vajadusi ja edutunnet. Uuringus osales 117 vastajat viiest riigist: Eesti, Prantsusmaa, Itaalia, Läti ja Rootsi.

💡 Kellele pakutakse kõige sagedamini tuge?
42% – täiskasvanud, kellel on raskusi toimetulekuga
32% – noored
26% – inimesed, kellel on vaimse tervise häired

😟 Stress ja igapäevased takistused:
53% tugispetsialistidest tunneb stressi rohkem kui kahel korral kuus
Kõige levinum takistus: „Klient ei tee koostööd“

📚 Kõige vajalikumad tööriistad tugisikute arvates:
Tugivõrgustik kogemuste jagamiseks
Ülevaade saadaolevatest teenustest ja ressurssidest
Praktiline käsiraamat ja tööriistakast igapäevatööks

🎓 84% tugispetsialistidest vajab lisakoolitust.
