International Club is a society set up by the Student’s Council of Tallinn University of Technology. It is also a section of Erasmus Student Network (ESN), an international student organization set up to help exchange students. The International Club is a society brought to life on the 21st of October 2003 by the Student Council of Tallinn University of Technology. It is also a section of Erasmus

Student Network (ESN) since 2009 after years of collaboration with ESN Tallinn, an international student organization set up to help exchange students. Our mission is to help every year hundreds of foreign students (Erasmus students and international degree students) to settle into the Estonian lifestyle and make their stay here as pleasant as possible. Every incoming student who registers with us is paired with a personal tutor - or buddy - who will help them with logistical, social and educational issues, gives advice and is a great friend in general. Throughout the semester they organize events for all the international students studying at Tallinn University of Technology! The semester for exchange students and their buddies begins with Orientation Days as ESN TalTech IC cooperates with TalTech International Admissions Office and Mobility centre to make the first days for the new incoming students in the university as smooth and memorable as possible. During the first week, students also meet their buddies for pizza and karaoke, the whole week is packed with interesting events to break the ice and make friends. Our aim to promote peace, inclusion, skills, and good times!

ESN Farewell Party is here to celebrate the friendships, memories, and moments that made your Erasmus experience special!

This time, the theme is all about memories you can wear 👕🖊️
Come dressed in a white T-shirt and throughout the night your friends can leave messages, drawings, signatures, and little reminders of your Erasmus adventure directly on it 💌✨

🌿 Bog Hike Event – April 11th 🌿

Hey everyone! We’re excited to bring you guys one of our most popular events each semester - our Bog Hike next Saturday, April 11th!

Here are the details:
📍 Meeting point: Mere PST 5 at 10:30 (sharp!)
🚗 Drive to Viru bog: We’ll leave together with a bus and arrive around 11:20.
⏳ Hike duration: ~3 hours (we’ll start heading back at 15:00).
🍎 Don’t forget: Bring some snacks and drinks to keep your energy up!
🌦 Weather: Check the forecast the night before! Dress for bog conditions, waterproof boots are ideal but any hiking shoes will do!

🥾 What to Expect:
A 3.5 km boardwalk trail through a stunning bog with information boards about peat formation, rare plants (like sundews and cloudberries), and wildlife.
A gazebo and observation tower with panoramic views
Restoration area at the end of the trail a.k.a learn how former peat fields are being revived!
