✨ Kicking Off the LEAD.DEI Project! ✨

We’re excited to share that we have officially held the first kick-off meeting of LEAD.DEI, a new EU-funded initiative that we are proud to coordinate!

Together with our partners from Cyprus, Greece, Estonia, and Turkey, we’re embarking on a mission to design a high-quality digital hub powered by AI-tailored learning content. Our goal? To support decision-makers, HR professionals, and guidance staff in strengthening their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices in the workplace.

Through this project, we aim to boost self-confidence, social participation, employability, and entrepreneurship opportunities for underrepresented groups—while cultivating conscious, informed professionals who can help shape a more inclusive and equitable future.

We’re thrilled to begin this journey with such a dedicated consortium. Stay tuned for updates as LEAD.DEI grows! 🌍🤝✨
