Our final day in Tallinn marked the official closing of the youth exchange. After an intense week filled with learning, creativity, teamwork and intercultural experiences, participants gathered for the Final Evaluation Session, where they reflected on everything they achieved throughout the program.

The morning began with personal and group reflections, sharing key insights, memorable moments and the lessons each participant will take home. It was a meaningful space to acknowledge growth, celebrate progress and recognise the collective effort that shaped this experience.

Following the evaluation, participants received their Youthpass certificates, marking the completion of their learning journey and the new digital and social competences they developed during the exchange.

The remainder of the day was left open for departures, goodbyes and final moments spent together in Tallinn. Although the project has come to an end, many new friendships, ideas and connections will continue far beyond this exchange.

Thank you to everyone who took part, contributed, shared, learned and made this experience inspiring from beginning to end.

Day 5 was the moment when all the hard work, creativity and teamwork of the previous days came together. Participants entered the Final Presentation Session, where each team showcased their AI-based social impact projects. They presented their concepts, user research, prototypes and the social challenges their solutions aim to address. The quality and diversity of ideas showed how much the group had grown in just a few days.

After the presentations, we continued with our Evaluation Workshop, reflecting on the entire learning journey — the skills gained, the challenges faced and the moments of growth experienced throughout the exchange.

Later in the day, we took time to enjoy Tallinn’s winter spirit by visiting the Old Town and the Christmas Market. Surrounded by lights, music, traditional crafts and festive food, participants had the chance to relax, explore and immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of one of Europe’s most beautiful winter markets.

We closed the evening with our Final Social Activity, celebrating everything we achieved together — new knowledge, new friendships and the positive energy that shaped this youth exchange.

A meaningful, inspiring and festive end to an unforgettable day.

Day 4 in Tallinn brought us even deeper into the creative and practical side of the project. Participants continued developing their ideas within the MVP Building Lab, working intensively on shaping clearer structures, refining their value propositions and preparing their prototypes for presentation. With each session, teams strengthened their concepts through feedback, problem-solving and collaborative brainstorming.

The afternoon was dedicated to the Go-To-Market Workshop, where participants explored how their AI solutions could be scaled, shared or launched in real-world contexts. They discussed target groups, communication strategies and the importance of designing technology that responds to real social needs.

As the work progressed, it was inspiring to see how each team grew more confident in their ideas, combining digital skills with creativity, empathy and critical thinking.

We closed the day with reflection groups, giving everyone space to process their learning, exchange impressions and prepare for the upcoming final presentations.

Another productive and motivating day that moved us one step closer to completing our AI social impact projects.

Day 3 in Tallinn was all about creation, experimentation and teamwork. After forming their groups, participants stepped fully into the MVP Building Lab, spending the entire day shaping their AI-based project ideas into early prototypes. Through guided facilitation, discussions and hands-on tasks, each team explored how their concepts could work in practice, mapped user needs, designed first mock-ups and refined their solutions step by step. The atmosphere was focused, productive and full of creative energy.

At the end of the working day, we gathered for our Intercultural Evening, where each country presented a part of its culture. Participants exchanged stories, tasted traditional sweets, explored customs, learned phrases in different languages and enjoyed music and dance from across Europe. It was a warm and joyful way to connect, celebrate diversity and strengthen the community spirit of the group.

A wonderful combination of deep work, creativity and intercultural exchange made Day 3 truly memorable.

Our second day in Tallinn was dedicated to exploring the foundations of artificial intelligence and understanding how technology can be used responsibly for social good. Through interactive workshops, participants learned about the basic principles behind AI systems, discussed ethical dilemmas, and reflected on the role of young people in shaping the digital future.

After the morning sessions, participants formed their project teams and entered our Market Research Lab, where they identified real social challenges, explored user needs and started shaping their first ideas for meaningful AI-driven solutions. The energy, curiosity and teamwork were visible in every group.

We closed the day with reflection circles and another relaxed social activity, giving everyone the chance to connect further, exchange impressions and prepare for the creative work that awaits them in the next days.

Another productive and inspiring day. The journey continues.
