[Conference: Dance Floor of Democracy] How do cities, clubs, and communities build a night culture ecosystem? Our panel brings together experts who are already building these ecosystems in their respective cities: Amsterdam, Vienna, Galway, Vilnius, and Tallinn. They share their experiences with both successful and unsuccessful approaches and discuss the infrastructure needed to sustain night culture in the long term.

[Conference: Dance Floor of Democracy] Inspired by the idea of club culture as a democratic practice, the Tresor Foundation's Academy of Subcultural Understanding supports young people in creating new subcultural spaces in their home cities. In doing so, they strengthen civic engagement, social cohesion, and urban democracy. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Martin Fuller, Dean of the Academy and researcher at TU Berlin, to the conference.

The event is aimed at all cultural event organizers, decision-makers, nightlife programmers, and anyone interested in nightlife culture.

We will bring together not only representatives from the music industry but also cultural policymakers. Together, we will discuss solutions for making night culture more sustainable and accessible, explore the role of q***r culture, and examine club culture in rural areas.
