Dear friends and partners in the cultural and creative sectors,

As I look back on the past two years as project manager of the CCI Contact Desk, my heart is full of gratitude. It has been a true privilege to work alongside so many of you—visionaries, creators, and changemakers—who are shaping the future of the Cultural and Creative Industries in the Baltic Sea Region.

Together, we’ve brought ideas to life, built bridges across borders, and created spaces for dialogue, innovation, and inspiration. Every project, every event, every conversation has left a lasting impression on me—and I carry those moments with me as I take the next step in my journey.

A new chapter awaits me in Munich, where I’ll be taking on new challenges and opportunities. While I’m stepping away from the CCI Contact Desk, I’ll continue to cheer on the incredible work of this network from afar—with admiration and excitement for all that lies ahead.

Thank you for your collaboration and your passion. I hope our paths will cross again.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Lara Löser

📚 Throwback to the IDT 2025 in Lübeck!
The International Conference of German Teachers (IDT) took place in Lübeck from July 28 to August 1, 2025 – and the Goethe-Institut Estland / CCI Contact Desk was right in the middle of it!

🔍 On Monday, July 28, the CCI Contact Desk had the opportunity to present the materials of 'Mit Deutsch erfinden' (Inventing with German, materials to be found here: https://www.goethe.de/prj/dlp/en/teachingmaterials/mit_deutsch_erfinden) through the lens of competency-based learning.

🌟 A big thank you goes to the section leaders for the excellent organization and to the entire IDT 2025 team for the inspiring impressions and encounters!

🤝 The conference was also an ideal platform for networking – we thank all Estonian partners and German teachers for the shared moments and open exchange:
✨ DAAD Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania
✨ Germanistische Abteilung Tartu
✨ Eesti Saksa Keele Õpetajate Selts
✨ Haridus- ja Noorteamet
✨ Tallinna Saksa Kultuuriinstituut
and many, many more!

💡 We're taking many new ideas and contacts back to Tallinn – and are already looking forward to the next IDT in 2029!
