🚀 What comes to your mind when you hear “Project Management”? 🚀

Most people think it’s only about deadlines and organising tasks.

But project management is so much more than that.

It’s about:

▪️Communication with your team
▪️Solving problems under pressure
▪️ Turning ideas into action
▪️ Managing time and responsibilities
▪️ Leading people with understanding and clarity
▪️ Adapting when things don’t go as planned

Because even the best ideas fail without good communication.

In our second webinar, we will explore how successful projects are created, managed, and communicated - from the first idea to the final result. 💫

Through practical examples, teamwork, and simulation activities, you will learn what it really takes to manage a project and work effectively with people.

📑 During the PBA in Pärnu, Estonia, Anna Webster and Teodora Bojović presented the intensive course “Strengthening Leaders to Support Youth Work”, developed on the SALTO HOP Platform.

The course consists of 6 detailed modules focused on topics that are highly important for both personal development and the development of NGOs within youth work and non-formal education. Each module explores different aspects of leadership, sustainability, communication, advocacy and organisational growth through practical and accessible learning methods.

Every module is supported by a wide range of practical examples, additional reading materials, videos and useful resources that help explain individual segments of the modules in a clearer and more engaging way.

Life Zone Group worked on the development of Module 5 “Disseminating the Results and Impacts of Youth Work”, focused on visibility, dissemination strategies and communicating the real impact of youth work activities. 🎥

The course has also been translated into several languages besides English in order to make it more accessible to youth workers and organisations from different countries.

We hope that the learning process will be as fruitful and inspiring for you as it has been and continues to be for us.

🍋Easy Visi Lemon Squeezy 🍋

During the Partnership Building Activity “Youth Community Spaces” in Pärnu, Estonia, our team members Anna Webster and Teodora Bojović had the opportunity to present the results of our two-year Erasmus+ project, Easy Visi Lemon Squeezy.

As part of the activity, we introduced participants to the methodology and shared the Easy Visi cards - practical tools created to support organisations, youth workers and teams in improving visibility, communication and impact in their communities.

We were especially happy to gift the cards to participants from different organisations across Europe, hoping they will inspire new ideas, creative approaches and meaningful discussions within their future work - just as inspired we were to create them. ✨

Projects like this remind us how valuable it is to exchange knowledge, methods and experiences with people who are passionate about creating positive change in their communities.

We are excited to hear everyone’s impressions and see how the Easy Visi cards will be used in different youth spaces and organisations in the future. Keep us updated! 📩

📍 Pärnu, Estonia

Life Zone Group had the opportunity to organise the Partnership Building Activity “Youth Community Spaces” in Pärnu, Estonia. 🇪🇪

Hosted in the inspiring environment of HUUB, this activity brought together youth workers, community leaders and representatives of organisations from across Europe to explore the future of youth community spaces and strengthen international cooperation.

Throughout the programme, we visited several youth centres and community spaces, including Nooruse Maja, Youth Recreation Centre and Vabakonna Maja. Each visit offered valuable insights into different approaches to youth work and community engagement, inspiring us with their vision, innovative practices and resilience.

A special thank you goes to our trainer, Inese Šubēvica, who guided us through important discussions on the sustainability of youth spaces and the key elements that contribute to their long-term growth, relevance and prosperity.

Together, we exchanged experiences, reflected on the challenges we face in our local communities, and explored opportunities for creating stronger, more sustainable spaces for young people.

Beyond the working sessions, we had the chance to explore the beautiful city of Pärnu, learn about its rich history, discover the stories behind its famous elephant sculptures, stroll through its charming streets and enjoy the unique flavours offered by local restaurants. 🥙

To support the learning experience, we shared about the “Supporting Leaders to Strengthen Youth Work” course that was developed on the SALTO Hop platform with 6 Modules that tackle different segments of Youth Work.

In addition, we presented the final result of the Easy Visi - Lemon Squeezy project and shared the Toolbox for your organisation’s visibility and impact. 🍋

The conversations do not end here. We have already started developing ideas for future partnerships and cooperation projects, and we hope that the connections established during this activity will soon grow into exciting new initiatives across Europe.

🍋 Easy Visi Toolbox 🍋

After 2 years of intensive work, collaboration and learning, the “Visibility and Dissemination Toolbox for NGOs” project has finally reached one of its biggest milestones - the Easy Visi Toolbox translated on 5 languages! 💡

During the training “Strenghtening Leaders to Support Youth Work” in Koper, Slovenia, Life Zone Group distributed the Easy Visi Toolbox to Youth Workers to hopefully impact and bring their work to the next level! ✅

What started as an idea to strengthen visibility and communication in youth organisations turned into a huge international learning journey involving:

✔ 4 mentors
✔ 10 experts from communication, media, fundraising and digital fields
✔ 50 youth organisations from different countries
✔ webinars, mentoring sessions, research, testing phases and practical methodologies designed to support NGOs in their everyday work. ✨

Throughout the mentorship programme, organisations explored real challenges connected to visibility and dissemination:

▪️ how to communicate their mission more clearly
▪️ how to build stronger communities and engagement
▪️ how to improve internal and external communication
▪️ how to create meaningful storytelling and impactful dissemination strategies
▪️ how to make their work more visible, sustainable and accessible.

The entire process was based on learning by doing - through webinars, mentoring, practical assignments, discussions and sharing experiences between organisations working in youth work and non-formal education.

And now, as a result of all this immense work, research, methodology development and collaboration, the Easy Visi Toolbox is here. 🚀

A toolbox created to help organisations communicate their impact better, strengthen their visibility and make the important work they do truly seen and recognised. 🌍✨

More than a toolbox, consider it as a deck size toolbox full of ideas that you can use within your organisations and wider. 🍋

✨ Strengthening leaders to support youth work ✨

📍Koper, Slovenia

📆26. 5. 2026 - 28. 5. 2026

Last days in Koper were dedicated to learning, reflection and strengthening leadership in youth work through the international training “Supporting Leaders in Youth Work”. 🤲

After the course was developed on the Salto HOP platform through 6 different modules created by project partners, the testing phase was completed and, as preparation for the training, we had the opportunity to dwell deeper into each module through detailed materials, practical examples, videos and many useful resources for youth workers and organisations. ✨

Throughout the training we explored topics such as:

▪️Communication within organisations,
▪️Leadership and meaningful work with young people,
▪️Sustainability in youth work,
▪️Dissemination strategies,
▪️Advocacy.

This final training meeting in Koper gave the learners the space to intensively work on all modules, exchange experiences and discuss how we can improve our work and create stronger support systems within youth work. 🌍

Life Zone Group presented Module 2 with inspiring examples from psychology that encouraged us to reflect on how important it is to “start small - small steps” in order to achieve bigger goals. 🌱 Sometimes the smallest actions create the biggest long-term impact.

To support Module 5, Life Zone Group presented and gifted all learners an Easy Visi Toolbox with many useful tools to use to increase youth work impact visibility and results dissemination.

We truly hope this is only the beginning and that we will soon have the opportunity to explore each module even deeper. ✍️

🌍 Empowering Youth Workers: Building Bridges Across Borders
📍 Mora, Portugal

The third activity of our Erasmus+ training course Empowering Youth Workers: Building Bridges Across Borders has been successfully implemented in Mora, Portugal 💫

This phase focused on well-being, sustainability, inclusion, and building stronger youth work practices through intercultural exchange and non-formal education. Youth workers from different countries came together once again to learn, connect, and reflect on how to create more supportive and impactful environments for young people.

Throughout the programme, participants explored topics such as mental health, eco-friendly lifestyles, Youthpass competences, teamwork, and intercultural dialogue. Through group activities, reflections, discussions, and collaborative workshops, they strengthened both professional skills and human connections.

The programme also included cultural activities, team-building moments, and a visit to Évora – European Capital of Culture – creating space for inspiration, creativity, and shared experiences 🌿

Following the activities in Brno and Pärnu, this third phase continued building bridges between youth workers, organisations, and communities across Europe, while encouraging long-term cooperation and meaningful impact.

More than a training course, this project became a space for growth, exchange, solidarity, and international collaboration 🤝

📍 Pärnu, Estonia | 2–5 June 2026

We invite you to the activity which will bring together leaders of youth organisations from Erasmus+ Programme Countries who run or develop youth community spaces such as youth centres, community hubs, training houses, hostels, or other places where young people meet, learn and grow.

Youth spaces are more than just buildings. They are environments where young people connect, participate, and develop through youth work.

At the same time, organisations face many questions: how to make these spaces active and meaningful for young people, how to sustain them, and how to develop them for the future.

During the activity, participants will:
📌exchange experiences on developing and running youth community spaces
📌explore how to make these spaces more impactful for young people and local communities
📌discuss sustainability and funding approaches
📌visit several youth spaces in Pärnu and learn how they operate.

The event is designed as a peer-level exchange for organisational leaders and decision-makers, creating a space for open discussions, experience sharing and new connections.

Only 20 places are available to keep the group small and allow meaningful exchange.
