There are conversations that may seem difficult, yet they are deeply necessary. 🌿

Under the Death Education " Death: A word we learn to say without fear" project, funded by the European Union, participants gathered in Altradimora, Italy, for an international learning experience centered around one of the most profound human subjects: grief, loss, and end-of-life care.

Throughout the training, participants engaged in interactive workshops, discussion sessions, and non-formal learning activities. The program explored a diverse range of topics, including cultural perspectives on mortality, experiences of grief, palliative care, human rights, and equality alongside practices that foster self-awareness, dialogue, and genuine human connection.

The project brought together participants from Estonia, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Spain in a safe space to exchange experiences, discuss human issues through different cultural lenses, and build a deeper understanding of the importance of empathy and dialogue within our communities.

Because building more conscious communities begins with open dialogue, a willingness to listen, and the capacity to learn from the experiences of others.

During the Smart Skills for Smart Career program funded by European Union, we had a unique learning experience and delved into the world of AI and the future job market. We discussed very important topics such as:

🔍 Behind the show: The behind-the-scenes process of finding a smart job using AI tools.

Between local and international job platforms and interactive workshops, we gained real tools and knowledge that will change the way we think and plan for our professional futures. Awareness is the first step to excellence! 🚀💡

🚀 9 Days of Learning, Experimentation, and Development!

During the Smart Skills for Smart Career program funded by European Union, participants embarked on a journey filled with activities and practical sessions covering:

✨ Artificial Intelligence and the Job Market

✨ Building a Personal Professional Identity

✨ Resume Preparation Using AI Tools

✨ Interview Skills

✨ Local and International Job Platforms

But more important than the information itself was the exchange of experiences and ideas among youth from diverse backgrounds and cultures, creating a truly engaging and experiential learning environment.

Each day was a new step towards a clearer and more confident professional future.

In the " Restoration - The Courage is Individual, but Support is Collective " program psychological safety isn't just a slogan; it's the foundation upon which we build all our workshops. Here:

🔸 We establish clear and predictable group agreements.

🔸 Each participant is free to choose their level of interaction without any pressure or embarrassment.

Our Restoration program, fully funded by the European Union and the Erasmus+ program, is now live!

Our primary goal is not to "reform" youth, but to create safe, predictable, and sustainable learning and developmental spaces that support their genuine participation in society, especially for those who have faced challenges or difficult circumstances. Because we believe that a supportive environment is the first step towards empowerment.

The "Restoration - The Courage is Individual, but Support is Collective" training course is being revamped as part of the Erasmus+ program and is funded by the European Union.

Follow us to be the first to know about the details and coverage of the events!

We are happy to share our new manual on Trauma-Informed Youth Work, created during the training course “Restoration – The Courage is Personal but Support is Collective”, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The manual combines theory and practice, including:
• trauma-informed facilitation methods;
• practical non-formal education activities;
• grounding and regulation techniques;
• case studies and good practices;
• understanding fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses;
• emotional safety and burnout prevention for youth workers.

The resource was developed collaboratively by youth workers and facilitators from different European countries with the aim of supporting safer, more inclusive, and psychologically aware youth work practices.
