🚀 9 Days of Learning, Experimentation, and Development!

During the Smart Skills for Smart Career program funded by European Union, participants embarked on a journey filled with activities and practical sessions covering:

✨ Artificial Intelligence and the Job Market

✨ Building a Personal Professional Identity

✨ Resume Preparation Using AI Tools

✨ Interview Skills

✨ Local and International Job Platforms

But more important than the information itself was the exchange of experiences and ideas among youth from diverse backgrounds and cultures, creating a truly engaging and experiential learning environment.

Each day was a new step towards a clearer and more confident professional future.

In the " Restoration - The Courage is Individual, but Support is Collective " program psychological safety isn't just a slogan; it's the foundation upon which we build all our workshops. Here:

🔸 We establish clear and predictable group agreements.

🔸 Each participant is free to choose their level of interaction without any pressure or embarrassment.

🔸 We accept all forms of expression and feelings and respect personal boundaries. Our goal is for every youth and woman to feel that their voice is heard and their space is respected. Watch the video to learn more about behind the scenes of our latest workshop!

What if PLAY could change the way youth learn, connect, and grow?

At Med Baltic Estonia, we believe that creativity is more than art it’s a tool for empowerment.

Through our international youth exchange in Italy, youth will explore:

Our Restoration program, fully funded by the European Union and the Erasmus+ program, is now live!

Our primary goal is not to "reform" youth, but to create safe, predictable, and sustainable learning and developmental spaces that support their genuine participation in society, especially for those who have faced challenges or difficult circumstances. Because we believe that a supportive environment is the first step towards empowerment.

The "Restoration - The Courage is Individual, but Support is Collective" training course is being revamped as part of the Erasmus+ program and is funded by the European Union.

Follow us to be the first to know about the details and coverage of the events!

We are happy to share our new manual on Trauma-Informed Youth Work, created during the training course “Restoration – The Courage is Personal but Support is Collective”, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The manual combines theory and practice, including:
• trauma-informed facilitation methods;
• practical non-formal education activities;
• grounding and regulation techniques;
• case studies and good practices;
• understanding fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses;
• emotional safety and burnout prevention for youth workers.

The resource was developed collaboratively by youth workers and facilitators from different European countries with the aim of supporting safer, more inclusive, and psychologically aware youth work practices.

Fully funded by the European Union we are excited to open the Call for Participation for Estonean youth exchange project “Artigianato Creativo” implemented within the Erasmus+ Programme and funded by the European Union.

The exchange focuses on theatrical performance and game-based non-formal education as tools for youth development with a particular focus on social inclusion, team building, and skills transfer back to participants' home communities.

Where? Policastro Bussentino, Italy

When? 6–11 July 2026

For who? 4 youth aged 18–27, 1 group leader aged 25+
