Our beautiful community has 4 children under 3 and 5 from 3-13.

This weekend we hosted the Vilcabamba Leadership Club, which brought ages 14-22 for their first camping trip.

When children come together and learn from each other, magic happens!

A new tradition at the Finca has emerged! Pizza Sundays in our brick oven! There is no better way to spend our Sundays than enjoying the mix of pizzas created by each family, spending time with the kiddos and enjoying each other's company!

Very grateful to be able to enjoy these experiences with our community!

While the floor is being put in the house, the Trew and the Gonzalez families took an exciting trip to Peru, to the beach near Zorritos, where they stayed at .

It was an amazing first experience of the beach and ocean for the kids, but we are all very grateful to be back on the farm!

Becoming a father is the most soul-expanding thing I have ever done. To hold what you've always known to be true - and then watch it look back at you with open eyes. A near perfect mirror.

Our children are not blank slates. They are returning. And somewhere beneath the noise of the world they're being born into, they already know things we've forgotten. But if we listen, they will teach us.

Our work — yours, mine, ours together — is to keep that flame alive long enough for them to find it themselves.

This is what Finca Sagrada is for. This is what we're building here, barefoot, in the river, one day at a time.

Easter looks a little different when you live in community. This year, eggs carried clues instead of candy — a small treasure hunt leading to creative tools and toys as the prize. 🐣

We're grateful to have neighbors who share our values and a valley that keeps pulling us together. These are the moments we're building toward.

17 people. Two teams. One shared mission — bring the forest back and save the endangered Vizcacha.

This week at Kuntur Wachana we had researchers from UTPL running a native tree nuclei experiment, and local botanist Jimmy Japón building firebreaks to protect what's already growing. As we come out of the rainy season, the mountain is responding.

The green belt from last dry season has absolutely taken off.
This is what regeneration looks like in real time — not a single dramatic moment, but weeks like this one. Scientists, students, local knowledge holders, and community members all showing up for the same piece of land.

The Trews are in the process of plastering the walls of their adobe home and the build team is having a wonderful time learning a new technique and throwing mud at the walls!

After the base coat is finished we will be doing tests with nopal-infused limewash and lime putty to determine what kind of mix we will use for the finish coat on the interior and exterior.

Our local builders team from Tumianuma are learning a new technique at the Trew's build and enjoying every bit of it!

The structure has finally finished the roof and work is now directed at plastering the walls and March will be dedicated to finishing and making it feel more like a home!

Today at 1:30pm EST, we hold our first session of the Alchemily—the Family Alchemy Game, a living journey of deprogramming, re-embodying, and remembering based on the science of imagery.

This isn't a polished program. It's our first time walking this path together, and the form it takes will emerge from who shows up.

The journey we're beginning with spans approximately five months:

Phase One (8 weeks remote): Guided Zoom calls and practices for returning to essence

Phase Two (3 weeks in Ecuador): Embodied immersion at Finca Sagrada for those who are able

Phase Three (8 weeks remote): Integration and grounding the new frequency into daily life

You can join at any level. Some will participate fully. Others will begin with the remote phases and see what unfolds. There are no prerequisites except resonance.

Santa brought 28-month old Theo Trew a bike and he has been tearing across the farm, practically inseparable from his new ride!

Little Theo has been the youngest resident of Finca Sagrada since the Trews arrived a little over a year ago, but that will change soon!

Any day now, the Trews will welcome into the world their 3rd child! Lexi will "dar luz" naturally, in a birth pool, here on the farm.

We are SO excited to have the opportunity to bring a new beautiful soul into the world here at Finca Sagrada and can't wait to share that joy with you!
