One man’s “trash” is another man’s treasure! The power poles that had to come down (when a tree fell on the lines) were put to use in Mateo’s neighborhood. They have already upgraded their neighborhood’s power supply within two days of getting the poles to their new location

We’ve wrapped up our second indigenous pastoral training course! One of the pastors compared their situation to a tree that was barely alive, not growing and ignored.. He said the training course was like we watered and fertilized their tree and now they feel ready to grow and flourish. We are so blessed!

Our second pastoral training course is up and running. The various tribes represented at the pastoral training workshop are amazed: “We are all from different tribes, but I feel like I’m with family!”

We’ve isolated the damaged line and the training course is full steam ahead. Our first flight of indigenous pastors has arrived! Once the training course is finished we will be able to start working to get our welding shop back online.

‼️THIS JUST IN‼️Amidst the chaos of preparing for our biggest course of the year, a tree took out the power lines and poles to our maintenance shop. In seven days our next indigenous pastoral training course begins. We are in need of funds to help us repair the electrical which will be at minimum $5000. Donate at centafoundation.com

15 pastors from 5 tribes attended the first workshop on “forming servants with purpose”. They returned to their villages encouraged and hungry for more teaching and fellowship saying, “I’ve never had any teaching like this, indigenous to indigenous. I don’t care how far I have to travel by trail or canoe to get here, I WILL be there next time! We have all decided that those of us who live closer to Shell will bring in food to contribute to the next course.”

I get teary when I hear worship in other tongues. It makes me remember the song that says every tongue and tribe and nation join in the songs of the Lamb. Please pray as we kick off our multi- indigenous pastoral training course
