After everything she has been through, Aysha is finally safe with us at Patitas Galapagueñas. But safe is not the same as home.

Aysha is an incredibly affectionate 7 y/o girl. She loves people, cuddles, kisses and being close to you — and what she wants most is something every dog deserves: a family of her own.

We can’t change Aysha’s past. But together, we can help change her future. ♥️

Remember Bella? 🐾❤️
Some dogs leave a special mark on your heart - and Bella was one of those dogs. ♥️

After meeting her at Patitas, two volunteers knew she was something special. They didn’t just fall in love with her - they took on the adoption process and everything needed to bring Bella to her new life in Switzerland. 🤍

And today we get to share a little update from her new life. 🥰

This year, we lost more than we were ready for. 💔
It changes something in you - the empty spaces, the missing faces.

Some days, you just need to write it all down.
And the ones still here stay right by your side while you do. Showing you unconditional love when you need it the most.

Their love and trust are what keep us going, even with a broken heart.
Because they still need us. ❤️

Quizás me estás viendo unos segundos…
pero detrás de este video hay muchos como yo. 🥺
Nosotros tenemos un lugar donde dormir.
Tenemos personas que nos quieren.
Pero hoy nos falta algo que no podemos dejar de tener…
COMIDA. 💔
En este momento estamos sin suficiente alimento
y, sinceramente… necesitamos ayuda.
Yo no puedo trabajar.
No puedo abrir una cuenta bancaria.
No puedo pedir comida por internet.
Solo puedo mirarte… y pedirte que nos ayudes. 🐾
Si puedes donar, aunque sea poquito,
ese poquito puede convertirse en mi plato de comida.
