Red LAC-EE from OLADE contribute to reduce Climate Change effects through Energy Efficiency development, by facilitating the exchange and dissemination of technical, legal and regulatory information among institutions and professionals in the Region. The institutions of the region among the Latin American Energy Organization-OLADE support this non-profit public-private initiative. They believe in its potential to contribute to Energy Efficiency development in a Region with abundant natural resources, so the motivation to take action on this line has to be linked to the development of new employment opportunities for its people, and to free up resources for export, through the experiences gained by countries in the region that took the lead.
