After years of fieldwork, data collection, and analysis, we have successfully written a comprehensive manuscript in collaboration with an international team of researchers, and we are pleased to present the result of that effort: the most comprehensive movement ecology analysis ever conducted to date for this species, based on data from 19 bears in three national parks in Ecuador. The manuscript is available as a preprint on bioRxiv (unpeer-reviewed) and will soon enter the formal peer-review process at an indexed scientific journal.
