There’s something so special about our kids in Pisulí and seeing their smiles when they receive what they need for the school year. ❤️

This week, we had the joy of giving backpacks filled with school supplies to our children in Pisulí—making sure they have the things they need as they head into a new school year. It was such a wonderful reminder that sometimes a simple backpack can communicate something much bigger: You matter. We see you. We believe in you.
A very special thank you to Grupo Entregas for their incredible generosity and their willing hearts to come alongside us every year. Every Child Deserves to Start School Ready 🎒📚

For 330 children across five locations (an orphanage and four impoverished communities in Ecuador), a new school year means a fresh opportunity to learn, grow, and dream.

That’s why we’re preparing backpacks filled with the supplies each child needs for their current grade level. ✏️📓🖍️

From notebooks and pencils to the other essentials their schools require, each backpack is designed to help a child walk into the first day prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

These backpacks are going to children in our Sponsorship Program and our Community Centers, where we work year-round to support children and strengthen their families.

An incredible day at Copa Contigo-July 17, 2026! ⚽❤️

More than 110 children from our Pisulí program came together for a day filled with soccer, friendship, laughter, and growth. With 7 teams competing throughout the tournament, the day was about so much more than winning games—it was about building character.

Every child enjoyed a delicious meal, and together we learned valuable lessons about sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and respect—qualities that will impact them far beyond the soccer field.

None of this would have been possible without the hearts of 25 amazing volunteers who generously gave their time, energy, and love to make this event a success. Thank you for serving these children so faithfully!

A special thank you to The Church Mission for Life without Precedent for sharing an encouraging message and reminding our kids that true leadership begins with serving others and honoring God. And to the organization that loaned us the soccer field Liga Barrial Pisuli.

Today was a beautiful reminder that love is often shared through simple acts of service. ❤️

Our mission team from Victory Highway Church spent the day serving in the Galápagos Islands at an elderly association center and a bilingual Quichua-Spanish school where 120 children are learning and growing.

The morning was filled with hands-on service as the team painted and cleaned the gardens, helping create a brighter and more welcoming environment. In the afternoon, the campus came alive with laughter and joy.

The team played soccer, made friendship bracelets, shared Bible stories and the hope found in God's Word, painted faces, and handed out coloring sheets. We were also able to provide 15 backpacks to children whose families needed a little extra support as they prepare for school.

Every conversation, every smile, every game played, and every backpack given was a reminder that people matter and that God's love reaches every generation.

Thank you, Victory Highway Church, for serving with such compassion and joy. Your willingness to love, encourage, and invest in this community is making an eternal difference.

The Child’s Journey: From Summer to September

1. Phase 1: Summer Fun (Camp & Soccer): We start by letting kids just be kids. They get nutritious food and team crafts at summer camp, followed by the thrill of wearing a jersey, stepping onto a soccer pitch, and competing with their friends. The smaller kids get to play today and the bigger kids will play next week

2. Phase 2: Day One Dignity (Backpacks & Supplies): As summer winds down, we shift to academics. We hand them a brand-new, sturdy backpack stuffed with all the supplies they need so they walk into their classroom on day one with total confidence. Planned for the end of August.

3. Phase 3: Saturday Growth (Weekly Awana Discipleship): The impact doesn't stop when school starts. Every single Saturday morning (not when a holiday) , the kids gather for discipleship, using their new Awana books to study scripture, guided by volunteers who have the transportation and tools to show up for them every week.

Would you help meet an urgent need today?

The home for disabled adults where we serve is facing a serious shortage of food. With 40 residents to care for, stretching the limited government-provided budget is a constant challenge, and right now their pantry is running dangerously low.

This afternoon, we’re delivering a 70-pound bag of rice, but much more is needed. We hope to provide essentials like chicken, beans, cooking oil, and other staple foods to help sustain the residents in the days ahead.

Every dollar given today will go directly toward purchasing food for this home. Your gift will make an immediate, tangible difference for some of Ecuador’s most vulnerable adults.
