Toutes nos félicitations et toute nos reconnaissance à notre président bien-aimé, M. Gabriel Djibril Kaci-chaouche 🇩🇿🌐, pour son immense mérite et pour toutes les réussites qu’il accomplit au service de la cynologie.
Un bosseur infatigable, toujours présent sur le terrain, qui œuvre sans cesse pour le développement, la structuration et la promotion de la cynologie, en Algérie comme à l’international. Son engagement, son savoir, son expérience et surtout sa volonté de transmettre et de faire progresser les autres sont une véritable source d’inspiration.

M. Gabriel Djibril Kaci-Chaouche: a commitment to the development of global cynology
The development of cynology is not limited to the organization of shows or dog competitions. It represents a true effort of transmission, training, structuring, and professionalization, aimed at building a modern, serious cynology recognized on an international scale.
Through his commitment, Mr. Gabriel Djibril Kaci-Chaouche, Vice-President of the World Dog Federation (WDF) and Director General of the International Institute of Professional Cynology (IIoPC), actively works toward the development of professional cynology and the creation of new opportunities for enthusiasts, breeders, judges, trainers, and professionals in the canine world.
His work is primarily based on the sharing of knowledge. Training, cynological education, skills improvement, and the transmission of modern knowledge are the pillars of his vision. His goal is to contribute to the emergence of a new generation of professionals capable of understanding the dog in its entirety: morphology, behavior, genetics, selection, working abilities, sports performance, and welfare.
Through the IIoPC and its international collaborations, he also participates in the implementation of training programs, Master Classes, seminars, and certifications designed to strengthen the professional level of cynology in different countries.
His ambition is to bring cynologists from around the world closer together, to encourage exchanges between different canine schools and organizations, and to enable each country to develop a structured cynology while respecting its heritage, breeds, and traditions.
The vision carried by Mr. Kaci-Chaouche is based on a simple conviction: cynology belongs to all those who wish to learn, progress, and pass on knowledge. True development does not consist in keeping knowledge to oneself, but in sharing it and creating opportunities for future generations.
His international career thus reflects a constant commitment to a more professional, more educational, and more globally open cynology.
