We were on the ground this past Saturday at the University of Tamanghasset for an in-person session, organized in partnership with the university’s incubator, as part of the Masterclass by .dz program.

This session brought students closer to the realities of the banking sector through direct interaction, practical insights, and real-time exchanges with professionals. It offered a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of finance while exploring the wide range of career paths within the industry.

By creating space for discussion and engagement, this experience aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, empowering students with clearer perspectives on their future careers.

Together, we continue to connect talent with opportunity and bring learning beyond the classroom.
