يسرّنا، نحن أعضاء النادي العلمي Urban Club، أن نتقدّم بكلمات شكر وامتنان بمناسبة اليوم الدراسي الذي نُظّم احتفاءً باليوم الوطني للمدينة تحت عنوان:
الجزائر العاصمة في تحوّل: من الآثار الاستعمارية إلى تحديات اليوم – رؤى المُهَيِّئ العمراني
لقد كان هذا اليوم محطة علمية مميزة، جمع بين الفكر والتحليل والنقاش الجاد حول تحوّلات المدينة الجزائرية( الجزائر العاصمة)، وكيفية قراءتها من منظور عمراني يربط بين الماضي الاستعماري وتحديات الحاضر ورهانات المستقبل. وقد شكّل فضاءً حقيقياً للتفكير الجماعي حول المدينة باعتبارها مرآة لهوية المجتمع وذاكرته، ومجالاً ديناميكياً يعرف تحولات عمرانية واجتماعية متسارعة.
نتوجّه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى النادي المصغر “عمران وثقافة” على إشرافه ومتابعته المتميزة لهذا النشاط.
كما نتقدم بأسمى عبارات الامتنان إلى البروفيسور

على حضوره الكريم ومداخلته العلمية الثرية التي فتحت آفاقاً جديدة للنقاش، وأضاءت لنا جوانب مهمة في فهم التحولات الحضرية ورهانات التهيئة.
ولا يفوتنا أن نشكر أساتذتنا الكرام الذين لبّوا الدعوة وشاركوا بخبراتهم وتوجيهاتهم القيّمة، فحضورهم ودعمهم يعكس روح الجامعة القائمة على الحوار والتكامل بين الطالب والأستاذ. كما نعبّر عن تقديرنا لكل الطلبة الذين حضروا.
لقد كان هذا اليوم أكثر من مجرد نشاط علمي،كان مساحة للتفكير المشترك، وورشة مفتوحة لتبادل الرؤى حول مدينتنا:
الجزائر العاصمة:كيف كانت؟ كيف نفهم تحوّلاتها؟ وكيف نتصور مستقبلها برؤية عمرانية واعية ومسؤولة؟
وفي الختام، نتمنى حضور جميع الطلبة والأساتذة في المرات القادمة، لأن نجاح مثل هذه المبادرات يصنعه تفاعلكم ويزدهر بمشاركتكم.

Nous, membres du club scientifique Urban Club, avons le plaisir d’adresser nos sincères remerciements et notre profonde gratitude à l’occasion de la journée d’étude organisée dans le cadre de la Journée nationale de la ville, sous le thème :
« Alger en Mutation : Des Traces Coloniales aux Défis d’Aujourd’hui – Perspectives d’Aménageur »
Cette journée a constitué une étape scientifique marquante, alliant réflexion, analyse et débat approfondi autour des transformations de la ville d’Alger. Elle nous a permis d’explorer ces mutations à travers une lecture urbanistique reliant le passé colonial aux défis du présent et aux enjeux de l’avenir. Elle a représenté un véritable espace de réflexion collective sur la ville, considérée comme miroir de l’identité sociale et de la mémoire historique, mais aussi comme un territoire dynamique marqué par des transformations urbaines et sociales accélérées.
Nous adressons nos vifs remerciements au club mini « Urbanisme et culture » pour son encadrement et son suivi remarquable de cette activité.
Nous exprimons également notre profonde reconnaissance au Pr.Djamel TELAIDJA – Laboratoire d’analyses urbaines et environnementales –
pour sa présence honorable et son intervention scientifique riche, qui a ouvert de nouvelles perspectives de discussion et éclairé des aspects essentiels liés aux mutations urbaines et aux enjeux de l’aménagement.
Nous remercions également nos enseignants qui ont répondu présents et partagé leurs expériences et orientations académiques précieuses. Leur présence reflète l’esprit universitaire fondé sur le dialogue et la complémentarité entre étudiants et professeurs. Nos remerciements s’adressent aussi à tous les étudiants ayant assisté à cette journée.
Cette rencontre a été bien plus qu’une simple activité scientifique : elle fut un espace de réflexion commune et un atelier ouvert d’échange autour de notre ville — Alger :
Comment était-elle ? Comment comprendre ses transformations ? Et comment imaginer son avenir avec une vision urbanistique consciente et responsable ?
En conclusion, nous espérons la présence de tous les étudiants et enseignants lors des prochaines initiatives, car la réussite de telles actions repose sur votre engagement et s’épanouit grâce à votre participation.

We, the members of the scientific club Urban Club, are pleased to express our sincere thanks and deep appreciation on the occasion of the study day organized in celebration of the National Day of the City under the theme:
“Alger in Transformation: From Colonial Traces to Today’s Challenges – Planner’s Perspectives”
This event represented a significant academic milestone, bringing together reflection, analysis, and meaningful debate on the transformations of the city of Algiers. It offered an urban planning perspective that connects the colonial past with present challenges and future prospects. The day provided a genuine space for collective reflection on the city as a mirror of social identity and historical memory, as well as a dynamic territory undergoing rapid urban and social change.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the mini-club “Urbanism and culture” for its outstanding supervision and organization of this activity.
We also express our deepest gratitude to Pr.Djamel TELAIDJA – Laboratoire d’analyses urbaines et environnementales –
for his honorable presence and enriching scientific contribution, which opened new horizons for discussion and shed light on key aspects of urban transformations and planning challenges.
We would also like to thank our respected professors who honored us with their presence and shared their valuable expertise and academic guidance. Their support reflects the true spirit of the university, built on dialogue and collaboration between students and faculty members. Our appreciation also goes to all the students who attended the event.
This day was more than just an academic activity; it was a shared space for reflection and an open workshop for exchanging ideas about our city — Algiers:
What was it like? How can we understand its transformations? And how can we envision its future through a conscious and responsible urban vision?
