🟪 تتجه الأنظار نحو توقرت، حيث تدشن عاصمة الواحات عهدا جديدا للإعلام المحلي.

يعيش الإعلام المحلي اليوم لحظة مفصلية، وتستعد توقرت لاحتضان أهم نقاش وطني حوله.

تحت رعاية السيد والي ولاية توقرت، وبحضور الأمين العام للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين وعدد من أعضاء الأمانة الوطنية، تنظم أمانة توقرت:

الملتقى الوطني الثاني تحت شعار:

"رهانات التنمية المحلية وتحديات الإعلام.. نحو شراكة فاعلة.. توقرت نموذجا".

ويطرح الملتقى سؤالا جوهريا:

هل الإعلام المحلي قادر على أن يتحول من مجرد ناقل للخبر إلى شريك حقيقي في صناعة التنمية؟

يجيب عنه نخبة من الإعلاميين والخبراء على مدار يومين من التكوين والنقاش الجاد.

Les médias locaux vivent aujourd'hui un moment charnière, et Touggourt s'apprête à accueillir leur plus important débat national.

🟪 أوديني زكرياء عبر قناة الساحل الموريتانية:

تعزيز التعاون الإعلامي وترقية الممارسة المهنية

شارك الزميل أوديني زكرياء، عضو الأمانة الوطنية للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين، في الدورة الثالثة للمنتدى الإقليمي للإعلام حول المعلومة والاتصال المنعقدة في نواكشوط، وذلك من خلال مداخلة عبر قناة الساحل الموريتانية.

وتناول في مداخلته أهداف المنتدى الرامية إلى تبادل الخبرات، وتعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الإعلامية في شمال إفريقيا ومنطقة الساحل، ومناقشة قضايا حرية الصحافة وأخلاقيات المهنة وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل الصحفي.

كما أبرز أهمية تطوير قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسات الإعلامية والهيئات الوطنية والمحلية، وتسهيل وصول الصحفيين إلى المعلومات وفقا للقوانين المعمول بها، بما يعزز مصداقية الإعلام وجودة المحتوى.

وعبّر الزميل أوديني زكرياء عن اعتزازه بزيارته الأولى إلى موريتانيا ولقاءاته مع الزملاء والهيئات الصحفية الموريتانية، مؤكدا أهمية توسيع التعاون الإعلامي الجزائري - الموريتاني، وتعزيز التكوين وتبادل الخبرات، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة ويدعم السلم والاستقرار والتنمية في المنطقة.

🟪 Zakaria Oudini via the Mauritanian El Sahel Channel:

Strengthening Media Cooperation and Promoting Professional

Practice Colleague Zakaria Oudini, member of the National Secretariat of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, participated in the third edition of the Regional Media Forum on Information and Communication held in Nouakchott, through an intervention on the Mauritanian El Sahel Channel.

In his intervention, he addressed the objectives of the forum aimed at exchanging experiences, strengthening cooperation between media institutions in North Africa and the Sahel region, and discussing issues of press freedom, professional ethics, and the use of artificial intelligence in journalistic work.

He also highlighted the importance of developing communication channels between media institutions and national and local authorities, and facilitating journalists' access to information in accordance with applicable laws, in a way that enhances media credibility and content quality.

Colleague Zakaria Oudini expressed his pride in his first visit to Mauritania and his meetings with Mauritanian colleagues and press bodies, stressing the importance of expanding Algerian-Mauritanian media cooperation, and strengthening training and exchange of experiences, in a way that serves common interests and supports peace, stability and development in the region.

🟪 Zakaria Oudini via la chaîne mauritanienne El Sahel :

Renforcer la coopération médiatique et promouvoir la pratique professionnelle

Le confrère Zakaria Oudini, membre du Secrétariat National de l'Union Nationale des Journalistes et Professionnels des Médias Algériens, a participé à la troisième édition du Forum Régional des Médias sur l'Information et la Communication tenu à Nouakchott, à travers une intervention sur la chaîne mauritanienne El Sahel.

Dans son intervention, il a abordé les objectifs du Forum visant à l'échange d'expériences, au renforcement de la coopération entre les institutions médiatiques en Afrique du Nord et dans la région du Sahel, et à débattre des questions de liberté de la presse, de déontologie professionnelle et de l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle dans le travail journalistique.

Il a également souligné l'importance de développer les canaux de communication entre les institutions médiatiques et les autorités nationales et locales, et de faciliter l'accès des journalistes à l'information conformément aux lois en vigueur, de manière à renforcer la crédibilité des médias et la qualité du contenu.

Le confrère Zakaria Oudini a exprimé sa fierté pour sa première visite en Mauritanie et ses rencontres avec les confrères et les instances de presse mauritaniennes, soulignant l'importance d'élargir la coopération médiatique algéro-mauritanienne, et de renforcer la formation et l'échange d'expériences, au service des intérêts communs et en soutien à la paix, la stabilité et le développement dans la région.

🟪 زيارات ميدانية على هامش المنتدى الإفريقي للإعلام - قناة الساحل (8-10)

قام الأمين العام للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين، ونائب رئيس الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين المكلف بالعلاقات والتعاون الدولي، السيد قديري مصباح، بزيارة إلى مقر قناة الساحل بنواكشوط، مرفوقا بكل من الزميل زكرياء أوديني، عضو الأمانة الوطنية والزميل محسن غرايبية عضو المؤتمر العام للاتحاد وتم خلال الزيارة الاطلاع على مرافق القناة وآليات عملها.

وعلى هامش هذه الزيارة، تمت استضافة الزميل زكرياء أوديني في برنامج "منبر الساحل" للحديث عن موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية وتداعياتها الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ودور الإعلام في التوعية بمخاطرها واعتماد مقاربة مسؤولة لمعالجتها.

🟪 Field Visits on the Sidelines of the African Media Forum - El Sahel TV Channel (8-10)

The Secretary General of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, and Vice President of the Maghreb Union of Journalists in charge of Relations and International Cooperation, Mr. Guediri Mosbah, paid a visit to the headquarters of El Sahel TV Channel in Nouakchott, accompanied by Mr. Zakaria Oudini, member of the National Secretariat, and Mr. Mohsen Ghraibia, member of the General Congress of the Union.

During the visit, they were briefed on the channel's facilities and working mechanisms.

On the sidelines of this visit, Mr. Zakaria Oudini was hosted on the program "Minbar El Sahel" to discuss the topic of illegal migration and its humanitarian and social repercussions, and the role of the media in raising awareness of its dangers and adopting a responsible approach to addressing it.

🟪 Visites de terrain en marge du Forum Africain des Médias - Chaîne El Sahel (8-10)

Le Secrétaire Général de l'Union Nationale des Journalistes et Professionnels des Médias Algériens, et Vice-Président de l'Union Maghrébine des Journalistes chargé des Relations et de la Coopération Internationale, M. Guediri Mosbah, a effectué une visite au siège de la chaîne El Sahel à Nouakchott, accompagné de M. Zakaria Oudini, membre du Secrétariat National, et de M. Mohsen Ghraibia, membre du Congrès Général de l'Union.

Au cours de cette visite, ils ont pris connaissance des installations de la chaîne et de ses mécanismes de travail.

En marge de cette visite, M. Zakaria Oudini a été l'invité de l'émission "Minbar El Sahel" pour parler du thème de la migration illégale, de ses répercussions humanitaires et sociales, et du rôle des médias dans la sensibilisation à ses dangers et l'adoption d'une approche responsable pour la traiter.

🟪 لقاءات رسمية على هامش المنتدى الإفريقي للإعلام - السلطة العليا للصحافة والسمعيات البصرية (7-10)

حظي الأمين العام للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين، ونائب رئيس الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين المكلف بالعلاقات والتعاون الدولي، السيد قديري مصباح، مرفوقا بنقيب الصحفيين الموريتانيين السيد أحمد سالم سيدي عبد الله، باستقبال رسمي على مستوى السلطة العليا للصحافة والسمعيات البصرية بنواكشوط.

وكان في استقبالهما رئيس السلطة، حيث تم التطرق إلى سبل تنظيم المشهد الإعلامي، وأهمية احترام أخلاقيات المهنة، ودور هيئات الضبط في مرافقة التحول الرقمي ومكافحة الفوضى الإعلامية والمعلومة المغلوطة.

وجاء هذا اللقاء في إطار تعزيز التعاون وتبادل التجارب بين الهيئات النقابية والضبطية في المنطقة المغاربية والإفريقية، وذلك على هامش فعاليات المنتدى الإفريقي الإقليمي للإعلام حول المعلومة والاتصال المنعقد بفندق الشيراتون بنواكشوط.

🟪 Official Meetings on the Sidelines of the African Forum for Media - High Authority for Press and Audiovisual (7-10)

The Secretary General of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, and Vice President of the Maghreb Union of Journalists in charge of Relations and International Cooperation, Mr. Guediri Mosbah, accompanied by the President of the Union of Mauritanian Journalists, Mr. Ahmed Salem Sidi Abdallah, was granted an official reception at the level of the High Authority for Press and Audiovisual (HAPA) in Nouakchott.

They were received by the President of the Authority, where they discussed ways to organize the media landscape, the importance of respecting professional ethics, and the role of regulatory bodies in supporting digital transformation and combating media disorder and misinformation.

This meeting was held as part of strengthening cooperation and exchanging experiences between trade union and regulatory bodies in the Maghreb and African region, on the sidelines of the African Regional Forum for Media on Information and Communication held at the Sheraton Hotel in Nouakchott.

🟪 Rencontres officielles en marge du Forum Africain des Médias - Haute Autorité de la Presse et de l'Audiovisuel (7-10)

Le Secrétaire Général de l'Union Nationale des Journalistes et Professionnels des Médias Algériens, et Vice-Président de l'Union Maghrébine des Journalistes chargé des Relations et de la Coopération Internationale, M. Guediri Mosbah, accompagné du Président du Syndicat des Journalistes Mauritaniens, M. Ahmed Salem Sidi Abdallah, a bénéficié d'un accueil officiel au niveau de la Haute Autorité de la Presse et de l'Audiovisuel (HAPA) à Nouakchott.

Ils ont été reçus par le Président de l'Autorité, où ils ont abordé les moyens d'organiser le paysage médiatique, l'importance du respect de l'éthique professionnelle et le rôle des instances de régulation dans l'accompagnement de la transformation numérique et la lutte contre le désordre médiatique et la désinformation.

Cette rencontre s'est tenue dans le cadre du renforcement de la coopération et de l'échange d'expériences entre les instances syndicales et de régulation dans la région maghrébine et africaine, en marge du Forum Africain Régional des Médias sur l'Information et la Communication organisé à l'hôtel Sheraton de Nouakchott.

🟪 بيان تضامن ودعاء بالشفاء

يتابع الاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين بقلق بالغ الحالة الصحية للزميل "كريم قندولي" الذي خضع يوم السبت 17 أكتوبر 2026 لعملية جراحية ثالثة على مستوى الأنف، بعد عمليتين سابقتين خلال الأشهر الماضية، لم تكللا بالنجاح بسبب مضاعفات صحية، وهو ما استدعى تدخلا جديدا ودقيقا.

كما يعاني زميلنا من تبعات صحية أخرى أثرت على النطق، ويخضع حاليا لجلسات علاج متواصلة.

وإن الاتحاد إذ يعبر عن تضامنه الكامل مع زميلنا في هذه المحنة الصحية التي يخوضها منذ أكثر من ستة أشهر بصبر وإيمان كبيرين، فإنه يدعو كافة الزميلات والزملاء وكل من يعرفه، إلى الدعاء له بالشفاء العاجل وأن يمن الله عليه بالصحة والعافية ويعيده إلى أهله وإلى ميدان العمل الصحفي في أقرب الآجال.

🟪 لقاءات رسمية على هامش المنتدى الإفريقي للإعلام - وزارة الثقافة والفنون والاتصال والعلاقات مع البرلمان (10-6)

حظي الأمين العام للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين، ونائب رئيس الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين المكلف بالعلاقات والتعاون الدولي، السيد قديري مصباح، مرفوقا بنقيب الصحفيين الموريتانيين السيد أحمد سالم سيدي عبد الله، باستقبال رسمي على مستوى وزارة الثقافة والفنون والاتصال والعلاقات مع البرلمان بنواكشوط.

وكان في استقبالهما الأمين العام للوزارة، حيث تم التطرق إلى برامج التكوين المستمر، وآليات مكافحة خطاب الكراهية والتصدي للمعلومة المغلوطة والمضللة، وأهمية توحيد الخطاب الإعلامي وتعزيز العمل المشترك بما يخدم قضايا القارة الإفريقية.

وجاء هذا اللقاء على هامش فعاليات المنتدى الإفريقي الإقليمي للإعلام حول المعلومة والاتصال المنعقد بفندق الشيراتون بنواكشوط.

The Secretary General of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, and Vice President of the Maghreb Union of Journalists in charge of Relations and International Cooperation, Mr. Guediri Mosbah, accompanied by the President of the Union of Mauritanian Journalists, Mr. Ahmed Salem Sidi Abdallah, was granted an official reception at the level of the Ministry of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament in Nouakchott.

They were received by the Secretary General of the Ministry, where they discussed continuous training programs, mechanisms to combat hate speech and tackle misinformation and disinformation, and the importance of unifying the media discourse and strengthening joint action to serve the issues of the African continent.

وتتضمن الاتفاقية تبادل الخبرات والتكوين في مجالات الصحافة الرقمية ومكافحة الأخبار المضللة، وتبادل الإصدارات والدراسات المهنية، وتنظيم ورش عمل وملتقيات مشتركة بالتناوب بين الجزائر ونواكشوط.

كما تنص على تسهيل عمل الصحفيين من البلدين وتوحيد الجهود للدفاع عن حقوقهم في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية.

واعتبر متابعون أن هذه الخطوة تشكل لبنة أساسية لبناء تكتل إعلامي مغاربي قوي وقادر على مواكبة التحديات الراهنة.

🟪 Algeria and Mauritania Write a New Chapter in Media Cooperation (5-10)

The Secretary General of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, Guediri Mosbah, and the President of the Union of Mauritanian Journalists, Ahmed Salem Sidi Abdallah, signed a cooperation and partnership agreement to strengthen joint media work.

The agreement includes the exchange of expertise and training in the fields of digital journalism and combating disinformation, the exchange of professional publications and studies, and the organization of joint workshops and forums alternately between Algeria and Nouakchott.

It also provides for facilitating the work of journalists from both countries and unifying efforts to defend their rights in regional and international forums.

Observers considered this step to be a fundamental building block for establishing a strong Maghreb media bloc capable of keeping pace with current challenges.

🟪 L'Algérie et la Mauritanie écrivent un nouveau chapitre de la coopération médiatique (5-10)

Le Secrétaire Général de l'Union Nationale des Journalistes et Professionnels des Médias Algériens, Guediri Mosbah, et le Président du Syndicat des Journalistes Mauritaniens, Ahmed Salem Sidi Abdallah, ont signé une convention de coopération et de partenariat visant à renforcer le travail médiatique commun.

La convention prévoit l'échange d'expertises et de formations dans les domaines du journalisme numérique et de la lutte contre la désinformation, l'échange de publications et d'études professionnelles, ainsi que l'organisation d'ateliers et de forums communs en alternance entre l'Algérie et Nouakchott.

Elle stipule également la facilitation du travail des journalistes des deux pays et l'unification des efforts pour défendre leurs droits dans les instances régionales et internationales.

Des observateurs ont estimé que cette démarche constitue une pierre angulaire pour la construction d'un bloc médiatique maghrébin fort, capable de relever les défis actuels.

🟪 لقاءات ثنائية على هامش المنتدى الإفريقي للإعلام حول المعلومة والاتصال - نواكشوط (4-10)

التقى الأمين العام للاتحاد الوطني للصحفيين والإعلاميين الجزائريين، ونائب رئيس الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين المكلف بالعلاقات والتعاون الدولي، السيد قديري مصباح، بالسيد محمد عبد الله المختار السالم، عضو مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين.

وكان اللقاء فرصة لاستعراض مستجدات وتطورات الاتحاد المغاربي للصحفيين وما وصل إليه في الفترة الأخيرة، والدور المحوري الذي يضطلع به في الدفاع عن قضايا الصحفيين المغاربيين وتعزيز العمل الإعلامي المشترك على المستوى المغاربي والإفريقي.

وجاء هذا اللقاء على هامش فعاليات المنتدى الإفريقي الإقليمي للإعلام حول المعلومة والاتصال المنعقد بفندق الشيراتون بنواكشوط.

🟪 Bilateral Meetings on the Sidelines of the African Forum for Media, Information and Communication - Nouakchott (4-10)

The Secretary General of the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media Professionals, and Vice President of the Maghreb Union of Journalists in charge of Relations and International Cooperation, Mr. Guediri Mosbah, met with Mr. Mohamed Abdallah El Mokhtar Salem, member of the Board of Directors of the Maghreb Union of Journalists.

The meeting was an opportunity to review the latest developments and progress achieved by the Maghreb Union of Journalists in the recent period, and its pivotal role in defending the causes of Maghreb journalists and strengthening joint media work at the Maghreb and African levels.

This meeting was held on the sidelines of the African Regional Forum for Media on Information and Communication held at the Sheraton Hotel in Nouakchott.

🟪 Rencontres bilatérales en marge du Forum Africain des Médias sur l'Information et la Communication - Nouakchott (4-10)

Le Secrétaire Général de l'Union Nationale des Journalistes et Professionnels des Médias Algériens, et Vice-Président de l'Union Maghrébine des Journalistes chargé des Relations et de la Coopération Internationale, M. Guediri Mosbah, s'est entretenu avec M. Mohamed Abdallah El Mokhtar Salem, membre du Conseil d'Administration de l'Union Maghrébine des Journalistes.

La rencontre a été l'occasion de passer en revue les nouveautés et les évolutions de l'Union Maghrébine des Journalistes et le chemin parcouru durant la dernière période, ainsi que le rôle central qu'elle joue dans la défense des causes des journalistes maghrébins et le renforcement du travail médiatique commun aux niveaux maghrébin et africain.

Cette rencontre s'est tenue en marge du Forum Africain Régional des Médias sur l'Information et la Communication organisé à l'hôtel Sheraton de Nouakchott.
