A Week of Hope, Healing, and Community 💙
Every medical mission reminds us of what is possible when healthcare professionals, volunteers, local teams, and communities come together with one shared purpose: to serve.
Made possible by Constanza Medical Mission, this medical mission brought healthcare and support to four communities in Constanza: Los Embajadores, Villa Hortaliza, La Altagracia, and Los Gajitos.
Over four days, 602 patients received general medical care, 152 received vision care, and 80 received dental care. Our Puente team also completed 41 House-to-House follow-up visits, helping some of our most vulnerable patients continue receiving care beyond the clinic.
But the impact didn’t stop with healthcare.
Through this mission, five families were also able to improve the conditions of their homes, creating safer and more dignified spaces to live.
Because health is not shaped only by what happens inside a clinic. It is also shaped by the conditions in which families live every day.
Behind each of these numbers is a person: someone who was able to see a doctor, receive dental care, have their vision checked, receive continued care at home, or live in a safer home.

Together, this mission reached far beyond the walls of a clinic. It brought care directly into communities, into homes, and into the lives of hundreds of people.
