A cement floor can change a family’s life.

What started as a project to build 9 cement floors grew into something much greater. In Las Minas, Consuelo, San Pedro de Macorís, we were able to support 15 families and 51 people, including 26 children and 25 adults, creating safer, healthier and more dignified homes.

For families who lived with dirt floors, this project represents much more than a construction improvement. It means a cleaner environment, greater safety and a better place for children to grow and families to thrive.

This achievement was possible thanks to the generosity of Rayjon Share Care, the commitment of the families in Las Minas, and the dedication of everyone who helped make this project a reality.

A week of hope, healing, and community.

Every mission reminds us that lasting impact happens when organizations, volunteers, and communities come together with one shared purpose: to serve.

Together with Constanza Medical Mission, we provided medical care to hundreds of people across Los Embajadores, Villa Hortaliza, La Altagracia, and Los Gajitos through general medicine, vision care, dental services, and our House-to-House follow-up program.

Beyond healthcare, five families were able to improve the conditions of their homes, creating safer and more dignified spaces to live. Because we believe health begins not only in a clinic—but also at home.

To every volunteer, healthcare professional, community leader, and supporter: thank you for making this mission possible.

Together, we continue building healthier communities, stronger families, and brighter futures.

One space can transform an entire community. ❤️

The Community Center and Economic Dining Hall in Batey 4 represents unity, hope, and opportunity for hundreds of families.

Thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers, community leaders, and partner organizations, this project will directly impact more than 2,500 people and 400 families.

This space will provide:
✅ Community meetings
✅ Educational programs
✅ Health workshops
✅ Cultural activities
✅ Affordable meals for the community

When a community comes together, change stops being a dream and becomes reality.

Clean water changes lives 💧

More than 500 families in Constanza and Tireo now have access to safer drinking water through the collective effort of Puente, Constanza Medical Mission, Wine To Water, and local community leaders.

But this project goes beyond distributing water filters.

It’s about education, prevention, health, and creating long-term change for families who previously had limited access to safe drinking water.

With proper use and maintenance, these filters can last for years — helping reduce waterborne illnesses and lowering the financial burden of constantly purchasing bottled water.

Every family reached represents a healthier home, stronger communities, and a more hopeful future.

Together, we can continue bringing clean water to more families across the Dominican Republic.
