Zerubbabel Ministries International Zerubbabel Ministries is an Apostolic Prophetic Ministry called to restore, teach and train God's pe His is a Ministry of Restoration.

Pastor Vaughn comes from Melbourne, Florida but was originally from the State of New York. He has two grown children, Stacy and Sarah who are married and now raising families of their own. Zerubbabel Ministries was birthed from a vision given to Vaughn to reach the lost and impoverished in the Spanish-speaking nations restoring them back to their Father and training them to be a fully functioning

member in the Body of Christ. His vision is to raise up this new generation of believers to fulfill their destiny in Christ and to "Go into All the World". He has planted and pastored Churches, established schools for impoverished children, united Pastors and 5-fold Ministers in Prayer and Intercession, and have ministered throughout the U.S., Canada, Haiti and the Dominican Republic preaching the Word of the Lord. He is based in the Dominican Republic where the Lord is using him to be a part of the revival He is bringing to that Nation.
