We are excited to share recent updates from our mission work! We are currently raising $55,000 to complete the purchase a safe building for the La Romana Church. Your support can make a significant impact. Additionally, we recently held a united service with over 250 participants and welcomed a mission team from The Ridge Community Church. They made a difference in our communities through various workshops and home repairs. Join us in our mission and consider partnering with us!

Did you know that our La Romana Christian Church was the first one planted over 23 years ago?

Since then, the church has gathered at various rented spaces. We were presented with an opportunity to purchase a church building close by and have been blessed to be able to put down the deposit for their new building back in June. However, the time is running out to pay the remaining 50%. Our remaining goal has $55,000 USD left to raise. Will you prayerfully consider helping us cross the finish line and complete the payment needed for the new, safe church building?

What an amazing week with The Ridge Community Church ! This team came down ready to sweat in the Dominican heat and truly changed the lives of many while they were here.

They helped Pastor Damian in El Siebo add a window to his office area and plaster the wall to prepare for painting. Then we headed to the Punta Cana school where Julia held a training for the teachers of the school while the team played with the kiddos!

The next day they held a personal finance seminar for our pastors in the morning and then for our community members in the afternoon. While half of the group held the seminar, the other half painted a community members home in Higuey.

They then headed to Brisas Del Mar to hand out packs of food to community members. Their last day they finished strong helping an older lady in Higuey redo her division wall in her home, replaced some tin walls and painted the whole house.

A huge thank you to all of their work this last week!!

THANK GOD FOR A NIGHT OF UNITY AND WORSHIP

Last night, we experienced a truly special and unforgettable time at our United Worship Service with the Churches of Cuerpo de Cristo.

It was a night filled with the presence of God, as we came together to worship Him through dance, special music, praise and worship, and a powerful message from His Word.

🙏🏽 We want to thank God for every pastor, leader, ministry, missionary, and brother and sister in Christ who helped make this beautiful celebration possible. Every contribution was a reflection of dedication, love, and commitment to the work of God.

🤝🏽 One church, one purpose, and one heart to glorify Christ.

As the Word of God declares:

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
— Psalm 133:1

Last night, we didn’t just gather for a worship service; we celebrated our unity, our faith, and the privilege of walking together as God’s people.

May this unity continue to grow, and may everything we do always bring glory and honor to the name of Jesus Christ.
To God be all the glory! Salmos1331 LaGloriaSeaDios

Today, we had a very special time with Ryan Vandelinde, Director of Eastern Christian Dominican Mission (ECDM).

Ryan spent time with our team sharing about new plans and projects for our new clinic, but beyond talking about projects, it was a meaningful opportunity to remember something even more important: the value of serving our communities with love and commitment.

It was inspiring to hear his words of encouragement and to see his genuine heart for our people. His message encouraged us to continue doing the good work, serving with excellence, humility, and, above all, with love.

Every project we undertake has a greater purpose: to bring hope, well-being, and compassionate service to the people and communities God has entrusted to us. 🙏🏽

Thank you, Ryan, for being with us, for sharing your vision, and for reminding us that when we serve from the heart, our work can become a powerful tool for transforming lives.

We move forward with faith, love, and a continued commitment to our community.

The last few days with Broadway we spent in El Siebo building a division in our new rented building for an office and storage space! We also had the opportunity to visit a few homes and pray for the people of the community.

Additionally, we spent our fun day at the beach where Chris surprised his wife, Kelsey, with a vow renewal ceremony for their 20 year anniversary!

This past week we welcomed Broadway Christian Church!

They spent their first day on Friday in Brisas Del Mar where they helped expand the stage as well as paint the back wall behind the pulpit!

The next day on Saturday, they held a VBS in Veron in the morning and then a VBS in Punta Cana in the afternoon where they sang, talked about how Jesus is the light, played musical chairs, face painted and did crafts!

✨ What a special day we experienced! ✨

In the morning, we enjoyed an amazing time with our youth and teenagers, filled with workshops, fun activities, fellowship, and lots of joy.

In the afternoon, we warmly welcomed women from different communities to our “100 Souls Connected to Christ” gathering. Together, we shared meaningful moments, learned, enjoyed delicious refreshments, and, above all, experienced a powerful time in God’s presence. 🙏💙

Without a doubt, the greatest blessing was seeing how the Lord moved in every heart. All the glory belongs to Him! ❤️

Today we concluded a beautiful journey of love and service to our community.

With immense gratitude to God, we had the privilege of blessing more than 650 children and adolescents of different ages and nationalities, by providing them with school uniforms so they can begin this new school year with joy, dignity, and hope.

We believe that serving others is a way of reflecting the love of Christ. Each uniform given represents much more than a garment: it is a reminder that God continues to work through people willing to extend their hand to those in need.

We are deeply grateful to every volunteer, collaborator, donor, and all those who made this mission possible. Your generosity has planted hope in many families.

We will continue working to bring the love of Jesus to our community, convinced that when we serve with love, we transform lives.

“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” — Colossians 3:23

This week, we welcome Calvary Bible Church from Neenah, WI!

They started their week at La Romana helping us finish some yard games for our various churches to use for youth ministry or family events. They finished construction them and then painted.

The next day, we headed to El Siebo to help Pastor Damian get his rental space ready for services by painting the building!

Each day, we had the opportunity to give out some homemade clothes to children within both the La Romana and El Siebo communities.
