THE GROWING HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IN HAITI
The situation in Haiti continues to deteriorate. Current estimates indicate that approximately 5.83 million Haitians—more than half of the country's population—are facing crisis levels of acute food insecurity or worse.
Of those, nearly 1.9 million people are experiencing emergency levels of hunger. Families are struggling daily to find enough food, and many communities have little access to the assistance they need.
We are excited to share a significant praise report. Through the partnership and generosity of GEMS, Ontario Christian Gleaners, and Fraser Valley Gleaners Society, we now have two 40-foot containers loaded and ready to ship humanitarian aid to Haiti.
We are also deeply grateful to those who have generously donated toward the transportation and distribution costs associated with these containers. Your financial support is making it possible to place life-saving food and supplies into the hands of people who desperately need them.
For security reasons, we are unable to share details at this time regarding the process being used to move this aid into Haiti.
However, we would ask you to pray fervently that every obstacle would be removed and that these containers would successfully reach their intended destinations. Please pray for protection, wisdom, favour with authorities, and safe distribution through trusted local partners.
We are also continuing to raise funds to cover the remaining costs associated with delivering this humanitarian aid. If these first two containers are successful, we hope to send additional shipments in the months ahead. The need is immense, and the opportunity to provide practical help and hope remains urgent.
Thank you for standing with us. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial partnership are helping bring food, relief, and hope to people facing incredibly difficult circumstances. We are grateful for each one of you and look forward to sharing more updates as these containers make their journey toward Haiti.
Please continue to pray with us that God would multiply these efforts and use them to bless countless families in need.
