We meet every saturday from 11AM to 1PM. Venues are either Europaskolen or Vesterbro Bibliotek Og Kulturhus. Please email us for the right venue for a particular date!

Last week’s meeting came with lab coats, white shirts, and a room that looked ready for testing more than just speeches.

The experiment theme showed up in the details, from outfits to roles, adding a playful layer to the meeting without stealing the spotlight from the speakers.

Andreas Møgelhøj served as Toastmaster of the Day and kept the session running smoothly, guiding us through the agenda with clarity and lots of fun.👏

The Best Speaker award went to Karthikeyan for a confident and well-prepared speech.
Martin received Best Evaluator for his clear, thoughtful feedback.
Our Best Table Topics award went to the guest - Guara, who handled the questions with ease and good humour.

Strong participation, lots of smiles, and a room full of engaged members and guests made it a great session.

This Saturday, we’ll be hosting our Club Contest.
All members are encouraged to come along, support the speakers, and be part of the day.

Yesterday’s meeting was our first full gathering after the winter break - and it was good to be back.

Sakaria served as Toastmaster of the Day and ran the meeting with a clear structure and steady pace.

The Best Speaker awards went to Branka and Marc, both delivering focused, well-prepared speeches.

Strong participation, familiar faces, and a great energy in the room. 😊

We meet on Saturdays from 11:00 to 13:00.

To respect our speakers, we start on time and do not admit latecomers once the meeting begins.

Saturday mornings hit different when you’re surrounded by people who challenge you to grow.
Last week at Frederiksberg Toastmasters, we had one of those meetings that just flows - great energy, thought-provoking speeches, and lots of laughter.

At Frederiksberg Toastmasters, we see the same truth every Saturday: people grow when they’re given the chance and the support.

Our mentor and past president Amer Zohrob continues to inspire by leading with experience and generosity. And most recently, Jesper Hansen brought fresh energy as Toastmaster of the Day – a great reminder of how quickly growth can happen once you commit.

The opportunity isn’t just for members. Guests are welcome too, and it’s always powerful to watch someone take that first leap. That’s what a supportive community does: it makes courage possible.

We keep growing by stepping out of our comfort zones - which also happened to be this week’s theme.

Our Toastmaster of the Day, Sakaria, guided us through the session, setting the tone and keeping the energy high.

- Jan took the audience on that journey with a powerful speech that won him Best Speaker.

- Sharuje showed how great feedback can both guide and inspire, earning Best Evaluator.

- And our guest Joel surprised us all by turning an impromptu prompt into a lively mini-story, taking home Best Table Topics Speaker.

That’s the POWER of our meetings. Every Saturday we see beginners and experienced speakers alike push themselves, support each other, and walk away a little stronger on stage.

At Frederiksberg Toastmasters, we’re proud of the mix of talent in our club, from beginners taking their first steps to very experienced speakers who keep us learning and raising the bar.

One of those seasoned voices Asbjørn Jensen Asbjornspeakscom once again set the standard. He won both Table Topics and Evaluation, but it felt like a win for all of us, because every time he’s on stage, we learn something new.

Arun Prakash took on the role of Toastmaster of the Day, bringing confidence and energy to the stage. The hosting and communication skills he’s built at Toastmasters now also fuel his own podcast - a clear example of how practice here pays off beyond the club.

It was great to be back after the summer break, reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new ones, all ready to build confidence and develop their communication skills.

At every meeting, we practise through prepared speeches, impromptu topics, and constructive feedback. We also vote for the best in each category to celebrate effort and help us all become better public speakers, presenters, and communicators, both at work and in everyday life.
