Are you ready to help shape Roskilde Festival’s calmest and most meaningful camping area?
Studenterrådet RUC is looking for passionate co‑creators — our ildsjæle — to join the leadership team behind the Silent Spot!
As a co‑creator, you’re not just volunteering. You’re helping plan, guide, and run the entire experience.
🔧 What Does a Co‑Creator Do?
You’ll be part of the core team responsible for:
✨ Planning and shaping the experience for our hosts, supervisors, and dispatchers
✨ Leading and supporting volunteers to maintain strong teamwork and high morale
✨ Building the SR RUC volunteer base area before the festival opens
✨ Overseeing daily operations, coordination, and shifts during festival week
✨ Ensuring guest satisfaction and the calm, safe atmosphere the Silent Spot is known for
✨ Tearing down and wrapping up the area after the festival
You’ll work closely with a tight, experienced leadership group.
🧡 What We Expect From You
To create a strong leadership team, co‑creators should:
✔ Contribute around 100 hours (depends on task and responsibility level)
✔ Join monthly preparation meetings from February to June
✔ Participate in 2–3 info evenings for our volunteers
✔ Be present for most of the festival week
✔ Take initiative, solve problems, and support others
✔ Be calm under pressure and committed to community
✔ Have volunteer leadership experience — or at least a few years of volunteer experience (festival or RUC)

Hi! I’m Toby, the coordinator for Studenterrådet at Roskilde Festival.
This will be my third year in a leading role for SR RUC at Roskilde Festival, and I handle planning, hiring, organizing, and making sure the whole team feels supported.
I lead with a focus on community, teamwork, and trust - and I’m here to guide you through everything you need to know. I’ll also teach you all the behind‑the‑scenes tricks so you can grow into the main coordinator role next year if you want.
