This summer vacation I attempted Sattu.

To my pleasant surprise Sattu has been the goto source of protein, pre biotics and complex carbs. Long before artificial protein drinks were in vogue - sattu was used all over by riich n tge poor.

Recharged after a nice relaxing summer break - we are back with new theme. This season we focus on authentic full fledged meals. From North Indian Himachal to Punjab to Kerala to Western borders these looks different though all are equally yummy and healthy. They ae typical termed as "Thali" - full meal

We start our season hosting our families from Kerala (southern most tip of India) living here in Odense -
