HYPERYOUTH 3000 aims to empower current and future leaders of civil society, to provide knowledge and competences for the efficient and creative use of web 2.0. The 7-day training project takes place in Helsingoer, Denmark, from November 3th to 11th of 2015. In total 34 youth workers from 10 countries will take part in this course: Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slova
kia, Spain, Turkey. The training course is funded by ERASMUS+ programme and seeks to not only to provide personal development but also professional development by fostering new partnerships and projects among the participants. The diversity of the participants is considered as a resource for exchanging and sharing experiences with each other. Only few lecture is prepared for the 7-days training courses as most of the training involves practical workshops were the participant will work together through the “learning-by-doing” approach. By the end of the course the participants will have achieved practical knowledge on how to use the toolbox of web 2.0. The trainers will provide a supportive and safe learning environment, where participants are encouraged to develop themselves in a personal, professional and organisational way.
