Wrapping up our final workshop of the year with the Management Team at Millennial Consulting! 🚀✨

We have been truly honored to work with such ambitious, driven, and dedicated students throughout this cycle. This last workshop was all about reflection and direction - looking back at everything we have achieved together, and aligning on the goals and ambitions we are setting for the year ahead.

During the workshop, we also officially welcomed new management members to the team AND with plans to hire even more in January 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our organization. The energy, motivation, and commitment in the room made it clear that the future of Millennial Consulting is in great hands.

And of course, the day included a very special celebration… one we can’t wait to share more about in our next post 👀🎉

We concluded the workshop the best way possible - with sushi for everyone and great conversations to end a meaningful day together. 🍣

Wrapping up another incredible consulting cycle at Millennial Consulting! 🚀

This cycle has been filled with milestones, hard work, growth, new collaborations, and inspiring moments. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated Student Consultants who have delivered incredibly well for our clients during their projects. Their commitment, professionalism, and curiosity have truly shaped our Fall 25 cycle, and we could not be prouder. ✨

The event began with our 5 Student Consultant teams presenting and reflecting on their experiences and projects this cycle, showcasing how well they have grown professionally and personally. While demonstrating how they supported our clients during their projects.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to IdaJacobsen from Deloitte, our strategic partner, whose continued involvement, and support make a meaningful impact on the experiences and opportunities we can offer. We also reflected on how our workshops with Deloitte enable our management team to strengthen both our leadership and consulting services, while gaining deeper insight into Deloitte and the exciting opportunities within our strategic partnership.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming more external guests, including Jeppe Kjelkvist from emagine, as well as one of our alumni, Jonas Balslev Sørensen, who returned to host a “Hot Seat” session. He reflected on how his time at Millennial shaped his consulting career and shared valuable insights into the industry. It’s always rewarding to see our wider ecosystem engage and reconnect with alumni.

The event concluded with a networking dinner to celebrate the end of another successful consulting cycle! 🥳

We are also incredibly grateful for all the mentoring and workshops we got throughout this cycle from professionals at PwC, Round, BearingPoint, and DYNACAP. CV & Recruiting Workshop with Round: Where Ambition Meets Opportunity! 🚀

We had the pleasure of attending an insightful and engaging CV & Recruiting Workshop last week, together with our partner, ROUND. Where we explored what it truly takes to break into consulting and navigate the application journey with confidence.

From understanding different types of case interviews to learning how to strategically leverage education, experience, and personal strengths, our teams had the chance to dive deep into the realities of the recruiting process.

Through practical examples, honest advice, and discussion, we unpacked how to structure strong applications, craft impactful cover letters, and present clear, structured thinking. We also shed some light on the unique challenges and opportunities of being a foreigner in Denmark, an important conversation for many of us.

Huge thanks to KaiZhang from ROUND and guest speaker HenriqueCamposAmorim, for sharing their expertise and bringing such enthusiasm to the room. The curiosity, ambition, and willingness to grow, which our teams bring to each session are what make these workshops so rewarding. A Milestone Moment: Our First Salesforce & Consulting Workshop with DYNACAP!

Last week marked a truly special moment, as it was our first time partnering up with DYNACAP for an engaging Salesforce & Consulting workshop designed to deepen our teams’ Salesforce knowledge and sharpen their practical consulting skills.

Through interactive quizzes, real-world examples, and expert guidance from the DYNACAP team, we learnt a lot about Salesforce and consulting practises. The session blended learning with collaboration, creating an interactive environment where questions, insights, and ideas flowed naturally.

A big thank you to Carolinebjerreandersen, Enricomanfron, and ChristianNicolajsen at DYNACAP for sharing their expertise and bringing such enthusiasm to the room. And equally, kudos to our teams for the high engagement, curiosity, and teamwork that made the workshop so impactful.

We had the pleasure of hosting an intriguing and engaging session last week, where we explored deeply into the art of storytelling and effective presentation design. This workshop brought together our Student Consultant teams to improve the way ideas are expressed, translating data and strategy into stories that connect.

Through hands-on tasks and live feedback, we learnt together with our student consultants how to structure captivating stories, design with clarity, and deliver insights that go beyond the slideshow. The desire to learn, experiment, and improve our abilities makes each workshop a success! 👏

Holistic Problem-Solving Workshop with Round: Third Time is the Charm They Say! ✨

Last week marked a truly special milestone, when we held our third workshop with our partners at Round, completing a symbolic hat-trick of joint sessions. We are grateful to celebrate wins and look forward to continuing this momentum together.

Together with Kai and Laura, our Student Consultant teams explored a structured framework for breaking down complex challenges into manageable components and applying this method directly to the team specific consulting project cases. This step-by-step approach strengthens analytical clarity and encourages a broader, more strategic view of each problem.

It is consistently rewarding to see you all with such strong engagement, initiative, and collaboration. During the workshop and within your individual project teams, you turn the room alive with ideas, expertise, and thoughtful discussion 💡💬

Millennial Consulting Fall Cycle 2025, has officially begun! 🚀

We’re proud to welcome 24 talented Student Consultants as they embark on five client-focused projects with our valued clients: Alice.tech, COREAI, Hospitunity, Petit-Château, and Sustainly. A special thank you to Hospitunity for returning for a second consecutive consulting project, your continued trust means a great deal. 🙌

Through collaboration, curiosity and commitment, our consulting teams will be ready to deliver impactful results and grow both personally and professionally.

Kick-off weekend highlights:

• On Saturday, we kicked things off with a fun little ice breaker game and an inspiring workshop by Wolfgang from PwC, who conducted a Consulting and Team Building workshop, to strengthen team cohesion and structure. We had the pleasure of welcoming 5 former Heads of Millennial who shared their inspiring journeys with Millennial Consulting. Day 1 was wrapped up with Pizza and a Hot Seat Q&A with Wolfgang, Katharina and Kai.

• On Sunday, Katharina from BearingPoint led a Project Management workshop, setting a strong foundation for teamwork and client success. Afterwards, our student consultants and mentors had the opportunity to meet their clients and kick off the collaboration. The weekend concluded with a networking lunch that brought together our clients, consultants, mentors, and management, fostering connection and growth.

🚀Stronger Teams, Better Leaders: Business Chemistry with Deloitte 🚀

Millennial Consulting’s management recently joined our strategic partner Deloitte e for a tailored workshop on Business Chemistry!

We learned how different people interact and how understanding these dynamics can strengthen client and partner relations, leadership, and stakeholder management. On top of that, our management members walked away with certificates in Business Chemistry, which we’re excited to put into practice.

For those unfamiliar with Business Chemistry: it is specifically developed for the business environment to help understand others’ perspectives, recognize the distinct value each person contributes, and identify what they need to thrive. Around the world, hundreds of thousands of professionals apply Business Chemistry to strengthen relationships, improve team effectiveness, and build outstanding organizations.

✨ Turning Theory into Practice – Case Competition Success ✨

Millennial Consulting had the pleasure of collaborating with Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College during their recent Case Competition for international bachelor students 🏆

We provided both the consulting case and members for the judge panel, together with Niels Brock staff, giving students the opportunity to tackle a real-world challenge over the course of one week and present their solutions to a professional jury. It was rewarding to provide students with practical learnings and the chance to bring theory into practice.

A huge thank you to Gavin, Peggy, and Simone for representing Millennial, presenting the case, and joining the panel of judges, and to Ela, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly.

At Millennial Consulting, we’re always on the lookout for upcoming talent, not only at Niels Brock, but also at CBS, RUC, DTU, KU, and other Danish higher educational institutions. 🚀
